Wernets Ultra Denture Fixative Powder - 40 g

Fantastic as usual. Ordered in bulk during covid for husband.

I have been using creams for ages now but the brand I used(fixodent) just wasn't working for more than 5hrs especially if I had ate anything, I thought I would try powder and was looking when I found this one, I am sooooo pleased I tried it, not only is it reasonably priced it works! 1st two days was not completely successful but 3rd day it was! They lasted around 12 hrs and even then they were stuck fairly well, it's amazing stuff oh and no more oozing either,, would highly recommend this,first time in years I feel as if I don't have false teeth in totally amazing product!

I cannot recommend this dental powder enough wow it’s changed everything about wearing dentures I wish I could of found this years ago!!!! Having tried every adhesive going from paper to pink gloopy paste and not being comfortable enough to forgo wearing bottom dentures I’d given up hope of ever finding a product that would enable me to wear both dentures comfortably until I came across this powder I thought I’d have a go since the reviews were excellent and oh my I’m sooo glad I did I feel like a new person I can smile and talk properly now with both dentures in it’s amazing 🤩 it’s easy to use no horrible taste easy to remove and there was no residue at all when you remove them! Brilliant! I recommend you try this you will not be disappointed ☺️

I agree with other reviews with regards to this product as it is less messier and holds better than the paste type fixatives. My only gripe is that after a few hours of wear, I have noticed that my teeth start to feel a bit slimy as it seems that the powder which turns into a type of glue when wet, starts to come away - especially after eating and drinking. This is not very pleasant and as I am usually at work when this occurs, I can't just take out my dentures to clean them and so I end up wiping this residue away with tissue until I am at home. It may be that I am using to much powder or it is just what happens after a few hours. I wonder if anyone else has experienced this issue.

This is all I use now. It sticks really well and does not leave a sticky residue in your mouth

This may be an excellent product for close fitting dentures but mine are very loose and it does say on the package that it is not suitable for ill fitting dentures. I can't say how good it is because of the age of my dentures. I do know of a user who swears by this product which is why I bought it without reading the instructions. Sorry

It took a couple of attempts to get the amount of powder right. It’s the best fixative for dentures I’ve used. I find the paste types are not so good when your eating and drinking and your denture becomes loose throughout the day, this doesn’t budge. When I take my dentures out at night the hold is still really strong which I love not having to reapply during the day. Can be a little messy when you take the denture out as some of the glue can stick to the gum. Just rinse your mouth until all product is gone. My favourite dental fixative so far!

Did not expect this stuff to be as good as it is. Tried my wife's powder and simply had to buy some for myself. Unlike the other such products there is no taste problem that has actually been putting me off wearing my expensively made dentures. Now this product means that i can wear them every day. They do not come loose in my mouth and I feel more confident when wearing the teeth so as to be able to eat out or with others and actually forget that I have false teeth. I really think the product is excellent.

I really like this product, it holds exceptionally strong with no taste or ill effects. The nozzle gives precise application of the powder without any waste. It holds so well that I have to work it to remove my denture. There is not yucky residue after removing which I really appreciate. I don't have to worry about anything getting lose with this. I haven't tried this yet for my lower, but for the upper it works great.

Very nice stuff. Apply it 2 times and my dentures stay in all day. . Very comfortable to wear... it's part of my daily routine. I will be ordering more at the end of the month.
