It's Good Collagen Powder. I like the fact it has all types.

I am 72, female, and this is my first time buying collagen powder. I have bad hip pain so I purchased this one that had all 5 types. I put it in my coffee in the morning. It dissolves fine. No bad taste. I've only taken it for 3 days and I swear my crepey skin appears to be less crepey! Unless it's all in my head, the pain in my hip seems better too. I slept real good last night and I usually don't because of the pain. I will try it for a month and if I see more improvement in my hip and skin I will purchase more.

This really helped with my postpartum hormone changes with my hair, skin, and nails. I really do see and feel a difference.

The container smaller than expected but the product is good

This is one of my favorite collagen powders. I've been using this exact product since early last year, and I don't regret it. My joints definitely feel less stiff, and I have no pain. My skin does feel more vibrant and more elastic. It’s also tasteless in smoothies. The only issue I have is with the ability to dissolve in certain liquids.

Bought for digestive issues. I am more than pleased with the results. With bonuses of hair, nail and joints all doing better :)
