Very good product, does the job. I do the job xd regularly, and I see the difference. My belly /bike tier is almost gone.

Excellent product for the price although bands do slip off regularly. Brilliant for ab workouts. My knee keeps slipping off the pad at times but that could be user error. Easy to use and good overall design.

Looks goods, set up quick & easy. Screw driver not wrapped no battery included even though the package said there was.Also bit dirty so I think I got someone else's returns. Kept it but disappointed. Try it alright but would not recommend.

Sent back one I ordered from another site recently as it was not the same as in the photo and parts missing. This item is as described and contains a spare battery, which is good. Very easy to use, knee pad is a bit hard though. Already loving it.

This is really good. You can feel your abs working . You can be really creative on how you want to use it. I want to do a video of this when I have time .
