Used to replace cap in Saniflo Sanivite. Worked well.

This capacitor rescued my Hyundai oil free compressor, even though the old one tested correctly it was obviously duff as the motor would not run. Comes with a short cable for connection. A simple fix that got my compressor up and running smoothly again. Great value for money.

Does what it says on the box. It is a capacitor and it capacitates.

Bought to replace a bulging capacitor on the pump of our spa bath. Previously the motor/pump just buzzed loudly when switched on and the odd thing is, that's exactly what continued to happen when we first fitted this new capacitor. However, for reasons I am unable to explain when we reversed the polarity of the capacitor thee pump motor ran perfectly! Our motor had three connections from it, red , white and black. The neutral of the mains-in is connected to the white and the live of the mains-in is connected to the black (via a thermal switch in our case). Fitting the capacitor between the red and white cables (with the capacitor blue connected to the red and the capacitor brown connected to the white) works a charm. I guess the takeaway is, if you fit this capacitor and it doesn't fix your problem, try reversing its polarity.

Fixed a log splitter when the original capacitor had expanded and failed. Still working some months later. Just make sure its the spec you want.
