Used for whole season. And I have no bites. Great better design than older ones that broke easily . Easy to use. But gas cartridges are a bit pricey.

Purchased this product as I used to have one in Australia and they work well. The cartridges aren’t cheap to replace but if you remember to turn off the machine they will last 2/3 evenings. They do keep the mosquitos away once it warm up. Certainly worth buying so you can enjoy being outside in the evening.

This does keep the midges away.

Midges love me as do other biting bugs and I have tried sprays, lotions, nasty smelling stuff in tins but nothing stopped me being dinner for the bugs. I bought this after seeing several Canadians using them in mozzy season and as a trip to Scotland was on the cards and everyone knows Scottish midges are nasty critters I throught I would give it a go. Returned home today completely unscathed, not one midge bite to be seen. It worked a treat and kept other flying bugs away too. This will be a constant companion for me on future trips.

Totally ineffective against UK biting midges makes no difference at all regardless of positioning/wind direction/speed/duration. Complete waste of money

I was still getting bitten despite using this in scotland. That isn’t to say it wasn’t working to a degree, but don’t rely on this - if you’re in a bad area of the highlands - there is no replacement for using smidge and a head net if needed. turn off the lights before opening a window, and always keep windows closed near a CO2 outlet such as a boiler exhaust.

This is a great tool to keep the insects away from my tent or Tarp setup while Camping , each pad lasts about four hours , and you can heat four of them from one gas cartridge, I recommend this highly if you go Camping

Its does work I seem not to be getting bitten as much, not very good on a windy day. I find I get three morning session per gas canister and one session per blue burn pad. I've given it 4 stars as I am still not convinced it will do the job when there are a load of mozzi's by the water. But as said not been bitten yet. Shall see what happens in the summer when by a lake.

Accendo e posizioni thermacell nell’area di orto in cui devo lavorare/raccogliere 1/4 d’ora prima di iniziare. Riduce sicuramente la popolazione delle zanzare. Non è efficace contro tutti gli altri insetti volanti. Per esempio vespe e papatacci non sono sensibili alle sue emissioni, ma del resto è pubblicizzato solo per difendersi dalle zanzare e,a questo scopo, funziona, ma non sono convinta che sia efficace sui 20mq come pubblicizzato. Le ricariche ( bombolette e piastrine) sono piuttosto care.

Facile da usare. Nessun odore. Le zanzare stanno lontani.

Scoperta la sua esistenza e comprato a fine estate. L'ho usato una sola sera in terrazzo e le zanzare, da me un vero flagello, non si sono avvicinate x tutta la serata forse un poco troppo caro il costo di piastrine e gas che a volte ti fanno tentennare prima dell'utilizzo

Io sono un ristorante per zanzare, ho provato tutto e 2 cose hanno funzionato, il jungle formula e questo thermacell che piazzo sotto il gazebo e mi permette di vivere con tutte e due le mani, perchè di solito vivo con la racchetta fulmina insetti in mano!
