This brace is comfortable enough to wear all day, and with the right fit it also provides firm compression. I find it to be much more supportive than a brace I bought in a drugstore. I originally chose the large size based on the chart provided, but it was too loose to be effective; I contacted the seller and they sent me a medium replacement within a few days.

Weird sizing, size down. Too big. Slip resistant and works like it's supposed to. Decent design and well made.

Support the elbows sufficiently to perform heavy weightlifting. Very good quality. Be sure to measure arm as directed to order correct size support!

I ordered a large and feel like it's a bit too large. Sizing should be based on circumference of forearm or upper arm. I was also a bit confused which way it should go on...at first I thought it was universal but then noticed one end had a thicker seam...and I'm assuming that's the top. No "instruction" sheet was in the packaging to help explain.

Unit provides just enough support without being overly restrictive This has helped me get back to the gym and not worry as much about injury If you don't expect miracles, you will be very happy with this unit. Just throw it in the wash before you use it
