Vape free..finally!
These really helped me stop vaping. I was pretty inconsistent with wearing them at the beginning so went in at step 3 as I vaped a very low nicotine amount I thought the first 2 stages were quite strong. They stuck all day even after a shower and they completely stopped my cravings! Slight skin irritation for the first 10-15 minutes but after that it all settled. Good value for money, would definitely recommend for those trying to stop vaping. It’s been 3 months for me now and I have no issues and have stopped the patches a while ago.
