This kit was a life saver. It took no time at all to unpack and set up. The stands were sturdier than I expected and I believe that the fuel lasted longer than 2 hours. I can't be certain exactly how long since I didn't time it but the fuel cans were started at 6PM and the food was still hot at 9PM. No cold food, even for those of us still picking at it around midnight. This was for a potluck event so I was able to tell everyone to leave the serving utensils at home since the kit comes with serving spoons, sporks, and tongs. Also I handed out the entree pans to some people to cook their food in so everyone's dish was kept warm throughout the event. The entree pans were sturdy enough to be washed and reused. The water pans could last many uses if cared for. Or just recycle the pans for easy clean up. Very convenient and useful.
