Wonderful boost of energy
I don’t drink coffee (only because I don’t like it) and have an exhausting job. One of these in the morning gives me a wonderful boost of energy to get me through my working day. I am on my second pot. It lasts me well as I don’t take them every day.

Give them a go!
I’ve been taking these tablets for a few months now. It states you can take one up to 3x a day but I don’t generally have more than one. I take it in the morning on an empty stomach with a powder NALT supplement (way more effective than NALT pills. NALT is an amino acid which gives more energy and better mood). I often take it with l theanine too for an alert but relaxed state. It doesn’t make me anxious or jittery but I once took 3 in a day, flew around the neighbourhood in my crutches, and couldn’t sleep more than 3 hours that night hence why I generally stick to 1 a day. As well as being good for energy levels and concentration, green coffee bean pills also really help to keep hunger at bay and yourself from raiding the fridge between meals. I take it on waking on an empty stomach and also drink a cup of coffee. Excellent - I wouldn’t be without them now :-)

Total GARBAGE, it does NOT do anything it claims to do at all.
I don't usually write reviews BUT thought this was what it said it will do. It did NOTHING for me despite I religiously consumed it. Total waste of my TIME, MONEY and EFFORT. I do NOT recommend it at ALL for it's a waste of MONEY.

J'ai quelques contraintes de santé qui font que perdre du poids n'est pas si facile que ça pour moi et j'ai donc acheté ces gélules de Café Vert pour me donner de l'énergie, d'une part, et m'aider à perdre quelques kilos d'autre part. Cela fait une bonne semaine que je prends mes 3 gélules par jour et j'ai pu constater un effet « booster » remarquable. J'ai eu enfin l'énergie de commencer un petit entraînement quotidien sur mon vélo d'appartement en plus de quelques autres exercices. Côté poids il n'y a pas encore de gros miracle, mais je sais que perdre peu mais de manière régulière en plus bénéfique pour moi que de perdre rapidement quelques kilos pour les reprendre par la suite... Et pour le reste, c'est après une prise prolongée que je verrai tout l'effet bénéfique je pense. En attendant, j'ai pu reprendre une activité physique et cela m'aide à mieux gérer mon poids et il va de soi que l'exercice est bénéfique à tout le corps, et à l'esprit. Je conseille ce produit donc pour accompagner un effort longue durée pour retrouver sa forme physique / perdre un peu de poids car il vous donne l'énergie pour le faire.
