I really like this light, main reason being the usability. Out of the box it has a perfectly balanced weight distribution so it doesn't feel head/tail heavy. Build quality is top notch and precise. A word on the overheating issue many have mentioned. Heat is the number one technical obstacle all high power flashlights face. No one has discovered a way to increase brightness while maintain or reduce heat. It's a tradeoff. That said, it does get hot if you use the highest setting for extended period. Pros: - Simple to use. One button, click to turn on, click again to switch brightness and strobe, long press to turn off. - Light pattern. WIDE. If you're looking for lightsaber type of beam this ain't it. It is a huge, uniformly lit circle which is useful for daily use. Cons: - Only a minor issue but the nubby tab on the charge port cover is anti-good grip. Just trim it off (see photo) and done. Not gonna remove a star for this.

My husband purchased for my protection. It is very bright and will definitely blind someone temporarily so that I can grab my Stun gun baton and scare them off or incapacitate them temporarily in time for me to get the cops involved. Definitely worth the money.. It charges rather quickly. The weight isn’t too heavy, but it’s not lightweight either right there in the middle.. functions great in all modes. You can definitely focus on anything you’re trying to look at with this flashlight.
