Very good but expensive just wish they made a larger jar

Have seen lots of research about women taking creatine for the mind as much as the body, so that was my main reason for purchasing. Obviously hard to know whether you can attribute things to one particular product, but I’ve been taking a very small amount daily for the last month and do feel more alert at work and generally more on the ball. I don’t take any other supplements and haven’t made any other major changes in lifestyle etc. Taste wise - when I used the recommended amount - I could taste it (in coffee) and didn’t like it. Instead I use about half a teaspoon each time and for me this is a small enough amount that I can’t taste it AT ALL. I’d rather take a small amount and it not ruin my coffee, than have the full amount and hate my drink. Anyway whether it’s right or not, the way I’m using it - it’s tasteless, dissolves immediately and I believe it’s making me sharper 😂

Great product, literally no taste or smell which I understand is rare for collagen supplements. Dissolves easily even in cold drinks. Seems to have had a positive effect on my skin, and adds protein to your day without many calories. Little sachets are great for on the go, although obviously work out more expensive per gram than buying the jar. Only marking it down one star because the sachets are a nightmare to tear open and generally need scissors - which kind of defeats the 'on the go' functionality. Top tip.. if you're mixing into an espresso or Nespresso style coffee, don't pour the powder on top of the coffee crema (foam) as it will sit on the top and turn into a glob and be harder to stir in. Rather, put the powder into the bottom of your mug and extract the espresso on top of the powder, so it all gets wet and is almost completely dissolved with no effort!

Been using it for about a month. I feel more energetic but I have made big changes to my lifestyle which helps as well. I take it in my tea in the morning and there is definitely an after taste that I don’t actually like but I drink it anyway.
