I used to have a digital kitchen timer that took aaa batteries. I'd manually set timers on it for 20 minutes, 30 minutes or 60 minutes based on how long I thought projects would take.The battery on it died so fast whenever I was using the 60 min timers.With this, it's so much easier, although I have been doing the 25 min countdown and the 5 min rest countdowns a lot more. So it's saving me money with not having to buy more aaa batteries. It's super easy just to turn it a bit and then once it starts counting down, I just go to work.

This item only has 5 / 10 / 30 / 60-minute intervals.It is not a true Pomodoro Timer with 25/5 Minute intervals. The images are misleading.If you are looking for 30/60 minutes, you can find it cheaper on Amazon or elsewhere. Look for "Kitchen Cube Timer".

I’m a utilization review nurse and I have to submit clinicals on insurance portals which time out on me requiring me to completely log in with all the security code texts etc which is a pain. This little guy reminds me when the time is almost up so I can reactivate the portal before it locks me out.My old timer had to be manually reprogrammed every time. This one is so easy - you flip it up to pause and down to restart. It is genius.

Would say it fits my needs perfectly. Easy to bring with you - excellent companion!

I am going to get another Timer because there is no silent mode. The vibration alert is loud. I have to have silent or my dogs think it is time for their "break". :). Overall a good device. I just wished there was a way to set the vibrate off and it just flashes 00:00s until stopped.
