Love this plate. I’ve read about vibration plates and decided to try this one because of price. If I didn’t like it I didn’t break the bank. Works better than expected. Love having a remote to adjust if needed. It’s quiet, great for my back pain, definitely feel the areas it’s working. Easy to set up and move.

I’ve tried a number of vibration plates and this is by far the best one. I love that. It comes with built-in programs that go faster and slower on its own. The other vibration plates I tried may have had sleeker designs, but did not vibrate as strong as this one. I’ve been using it for 10 minutes every day for a few months now and I feel like it’s helped my energy levels, digestion and bloating.I promise you will not regret this purchase.
