Great for critical thinking and fun at the same time
This was a Christmas gift for my grandson who is a Lego and dinosaur walking encyclopedia. I wanted to challenge his brain... He put it together perfectly and loves the remote dinosaur and it even roars! He is 10 Google have few more years to put more robots together with that 1 package. He loves it and it was fun for him.

Funny functions, interesting technology demonstrator
First of all, I have to point out that the construction looks great even without stickers, so if you don't like them, you don't need to apply them at all. What disappointed me a little are the built-in sounds - they are loud and can be a bit annoying in a smaller room. And in addition, there is no way to turn them off (or at least I haven't figured out how) if you only use the remote control. I haven't tried the programming app - it needs to be installed outside the official google play store and requires quite a lot of permissions when using it, which doesn't look very professional compared to other toy manufacturers. Summary: This is a good toy for beginners who can get by with the pre-programmed functions of the LED displays (used as eyes) and the pre-programmed remote control. It can be interesting even for very advanced people who want to take it apart and adjust the electronics inside. If you're looking for a kit to teach you more complex robot programming, this product probably doesn't have much to offer.

The build is phenomenal but the motor, not so much. I bought this for my son's 10th birthday and he built it right away and was consistently using it. But it suddenly stopped moving as the gears inside the motor stopped working and when we looked inside some of the teeth in the gears had broken off. Update: I sent the product back and bought a new one. It's working great with no issues.

Don’t waste your money on this, though assembling it was fun and the instructions are good. All of the little pegs and joints are not strong enough or made to firmly secure the parts together. The legs are attached by two little posts which easily fall off. The arms are attached by one little post so they pop off very easily The back and chest plates are attached by two small posts to battery motor that is too heavy for the parts and because other parts push against it everything just pops right apart as soon as you move it or it moves I’m gonna be buying the specialty model glue and I’m going to be glueing everything together except for the press plate which you need to be able to take off to turn the robot on and off it’s the only way that my grandson who I bought it for Christmas will be able to play with this thing And by the way, there is one little post to attach the head to the rest of the body. This thing pops out all the time, and it doesn’t even hold it firmly they had wobbles all over the place. My strong advice is, don’t waste your money. You can get other assembled toys that go together and stay together and are better design to function than this thing and they have a comparable price. This thing is so overpriced, considering it falls apart if you stare at it.
