Cuts Through Salmon!
Sharp, sturdy, thin, a good length. Even cuts through salmon clean and neat (see photos). This has become my go to small knife.

Lovely small paring / utility knife. Bought 4 of these over the years, great for tomatoes etc, and veg prep for salads

A great little knife
I knew I needed a new knife cause all my knives were quite blunt but I was not ready for how sharp this one was going to be. Out of the box it was probably one of the sharpest knives I ever tried. With time (3-4 weeks) it started getting worse and I still need to sharpen it. I make sure to wash it and dry it immediately after use and so far it has kept its conditions perfectly. Hopefully with a bit of sharpening it'll go back to how it used to be. But at this price I honestly didn't think you could something this good. Highly recommended!

Excellent small kitchen knife.
I’ve been using the smaller version for years and decided to upgrade. I expected the same top victorinox quality and that’s what I got. Comfortable to use, sharp , does the job and dishwasher proof. These are must have kitchen knives. Easy to sharpen on a sharpening steel .

J'apprécie particulièrement les couteaux et épluches légumes de la marque Victorinox car ils sont vraiment de qualité, durables, ergonomiques et leur tranchant est parfait. Ce couteau d'office ne déroge par à la règle, le: fil de la lame est impeccable or quand on a mal aux mains comme moi, on apprécie en cuisine de pouvoir couper et trancher sans devoir forcer !!! Il résiste au passage en L.V sans soucis. Son coloris vert permet de bien le repérer dans un tiroir et parmi les épluchures ce qui évite de le jeter par mégarde ;-) J'en ai 4 en tout car je suis devenue une fan de ce couteau d'office tant il est " top" pour préparer avec efficacité à manger au quotidien. A 3.30 € c'est un couteau au bon rapport qualité prix et je le conseille à tous les cuisiniers qui veulent s'équiper en matériel de qualité. A bon entendeur, bonne cuisine à tous :-))

Sharp and precise knife excellent for fruits, veggies and more. Truly a staple item for your kitchen. Item was also delivered prior to expected arrival, which was exciting. 10/10
