Q: The picture shows the iborn logo on top, mine did not. Just wondering if I got a fake. It seems pretty cheap.

Yes,is suitable for feeding most types of seed and seed mixes, blends, mealworms, sunflower seeds to attract birds including great spotted woodpeckers, the siskins Dunnock, House Sparrows, Goldfinch, Bullfinch, Blue Tit and Greenfinches, tits, sparrows, nuthatches and pied fly catchers

Q: How can I deep clean this? Particles keep getting trapped in the bottom.

Not sure, I use a large bottle brush when I clean it. But some particles remain. I am disappointed the bottom does not come off for easy cleaning.
