Would this set foundation concealer and powder so it doesn't get ruined by face mask?

I don't use powder so I can't answer this properly. However I do use elf primer, elf foundation (natural) and this on top. I do give time for each layer to dry e.g. make a cup of tea in between or eat breakfast. Then I lipstick then spray. I do find it GREAT because everything stays on. I wear a mask when I enter shops and haven't found it to rub anything off my nose. I wash it all off with warm soapy water before bed. It works all day. The bottle lasts a long time. I spray 3 times - right cheek, left cheek, centre. Sometimes 4 if I had a rotten aim.
