I love this product. It has no menthol in it and it works instantly. It is so had to find. I hope the manufacturer makes really available. It WORKS! I am on my feet all day and nothing works better.

I have been suffering from wrist pain for weeks and since the pain was just moderate I've been doing the wrist exercises and used medication as a last resort. The pain was aggravated because I have an old carpal tunnel injury and I've been doing some mild construction and moving heavy furniture around the house. I finally took Advil to relieve the pain but it was very temporary and only dulled the pain it didn't eliminate it. I went on Amazon to purchase a wrist brace and stumbled upon this with so many great reviews. At the price point I thought it couldn't hurt. Also, since I'm a Prime member, I got the same day delivery and also ordered by brace. As soon as I received it I used it and continued doing my house moving but forgot about my brace. Hours later before bed time I noticed the pain was gone - I couldn't believe it. I applied more before I went to bed and then wore my brace over night and now my wrist feels 200% better. There is no smell but you can feel the very mild tingle - nothing like other sports creams like ben gay or deep heat which has a harsh smell. The greatest part is it seems to be made of more natural or organic ingredients. Hopefully it will keep the pain away so I will update this review if anything changes.

I got this for my husband’s knee pain. It works very well, just rub it on your problem areas and it takes maybe ten minutes to for it to kick in and keeps the pain away for several hours at least. I use it as well on my low back and it definitely helps me. Didn’t give five stars because it can be greasy on your hands after application, which is understandable but still unpleasant.

I love using this product to ease my low back pain! I hurt my low back in April 2020 when I was moving bankers boxes of paper files. I used Rub-on-Relief cream for the pain. It helped ease the pain so that I could sleep. The amount I need depends on the size of the area in pain. When I first felt the pain it was a wide area across my low back. I rub on just enough cream to cover the area in pain. It can create a cool sensation for a while. Within 2 to 5 minutes I can feel a tingling sensation on my skin. I let it penetrate my skin for a few moments before I touch the area with clothing so that it goes into my skin, not the fabric. I prefer to apply the cream just a few minutes before I lay down to rest my back or before bed. I feel like this gives my body a chance to recover and rest. Rub-on-Relief does have a mild scent. The scent does not bother me or cause me to sneeze. Several people in my family use Rub-on-Relief. My Mom and her sister use it on their hands and knees, and other joints for arthritis pain relief. My Dad and my brother use it when they have low back pain.

I hesitated to order this because it seemed overpriced — but I have to admit, it seems to work. The relief varies from taking the edge off to more or less erasing the pain, depending on the type of pain you are fighting. Relief is not particularly long-lasting — maybe an hour or a little more — but that's enough to let you fall asleep, or take a walk relatively pain-free. The instructions suggest you slather this on three or four times a day, in which case you will need a fresh tube every week at the very least. I apply it less liberally and I'm more or less satisfied with the results. There is a definite scent to the product, but it's nothing like Ben Gay or any of those old school stinkers. In fact, it's a pleasant smell — the smell of relief.

Directions say to massage the cream in well on specifically affected areas, three or four times a day for a week or ten days, and thereafter use only as needed. Using a small amount just twice daily, this product has instantly provided a lot of relief from arthritis pain in my lower back and hands, and markedly increased my mobility and dexterity during the day. It also improved my ability to get comfortable and sleep at night. The cream has a pleasant, not overpowering fragrance from the peppermint and camphor in it (it contains no menthol, contrary to some reviews), but only until it is fully absorbed. If rubbed in properly, this is only a few minutes, and it leaves no oily residue on the skin. I am using it along with Heal 'n' Soothe capsules, also from LivingWell Nutraceuticals, and I am feeling much better after just the first week. I'm looking forward to feeling like my old self again soon, and I hope it works as well for you.

I have severe osteoarthritis in my ankle from being shattered in a motorcycle accident 32 years ago. I also have Degenerative Disc Disease in my lower back. I have tried almost every topical pain reliever to compliment the medicine. The medicine doesn't work well anymore and I'm on the maximum dosage allowed on 3 meds. I was skeptical but I figured I would give it a try. It says that it works better over time after continuous use. I followed the directions and after about a week I started to notice that some of the deep internal pain was a lot less and the tendonitis was not hurting anymore. It's almost like the product is rebuilding my ankle. I know it isn't but it is such a relief not to be in continuous pain. I feel like there is lubrication in the joint and some of the normal swelling is gone. The minty smell isn't as bad as some of the other products that have the overwhelming smell. I would recommend this product. Save your time searching like I did and just give this stuff a try. It works for me.
