This stuff is fantastic. Drink during, and post workout you’ll feel great. Also chug a scoop of this after a night of booze and you’ll feel so much better in the morning

Hydration for bjj
Good flavor and perfect amount of added salt for recover from kettle bells and bjj it provides great hydration for these events it’s been effective and my energy level is the same quality seems okay haven’t had any issues and it’s nice having a lot for a good price

Excellent flavor.
Excellent. Really helps put back what is lost during exercise and is very refreshing, I have a hard time not drinking this all day it taste so good. I also love it has no artificial coloring.

Modest Tasting Electrolyte
Solid electrolyte powder, does what it advertises. The taste isn't bad at all, not super sweet or salty. Much bigger tub than I imagined in a good way haha.
