Ultimate All-in-One Coffee Machine
Absolutely love my Ninja Luxe Premier! This 3-in-1 coffee machine makes exceptional coffee — from rich espresso and creamy cappuccinos to smooth cold brew — all with minimal effort. The built-in bean grinder and milk frother work brilliantly, and the four automated froth presets deliver café-quality foam every time. Easy to use, stylish in gun metal, and perfect for both everyday brews and special coffee moments. Highly recommend for any coffee lover!

The best by a country mile
Had many coffee machines over the years, but this is by far the best one. The versatility and options for set up are outstanding, yes it's expensive but its worth it. It has replaced around 3 machines in our house. We havent been to a Starbucks or Costa since buying this, lots of spare parts available for longevity and 2 year warranty from Ninja. You will need to buy water filters and you cannot buy the Ninja cleaning tablets, but you can use generic ones and they work just as well. The unit comes apart for easy cleaning including the reservoir and grinder. It does love to use LOTS of water though, most of which ends up in the bottom tray for anything over 9 bar. Tip - put rubbish coffee in - get rubbish coffee out - highly recommend Lavazza or Illy beans - find which ones work for you, delicious coffee if you pay for decent beans.

Fantastic
Fantastic love love love ! Looks great , easy and quick to use , barista style coffee that tastes like shop bought . Milk frother excellent too . Love that the coffee bean compartment is sealed to keep beans fresh ; previous ( other make machine I upgraded from ) had vents dust could get in for example and air pollutants , grease in air from cooking etc . Five stars from a fussy coffee snob 😃

Its a well-made machine and makes a great cup of coffee
This is our second coffee machine. I thought I would spend a bit more and get a brand that I recognise this time as the other one only lasted six months! the moment I open the box. I was very pleased with what I saw. Everything seems very well-made and sturdy. It’s very easy to operate once you’ve got used to it and it makes a fantastic range of coffees. I would thoroughly recommend it.

Good coffee, if machine a little inconsistent
Bought as a replacement for an aging Sage machine. Pros: - Good looking machine with solid, durable feel. - Front panel functionality makes coffee-making a breeze with clear, concise icons, etc. - Coffee-making reasonable fast - quicker than some of the estimated times. - Coffee and milk temperatures spot-on. - Excellent recipes book with some nice ideas. - Cleans pretty well Cons: - Some of the documentation (user manual and quick start guide) need to be revised. The user manual (which should be the more detailed of the two) has steps missing in some of the cleaning instructions - but these steps are included in the quick start guide! - Does us a lot of water due to the purge mode, so water reservoir can need frequent emptying if you have a house of coffee addicts. - Main annoyances: 1. The recommended grind size is completely inconsistent with the same bean. When first using the machine for espresso, a grind size of 19 was recommended. This held for the first 2-3 days of use then - *without* changing beans in the hopper, the bean size adjusted to 17. After switching to large basket for trying the "filter coffee" options (for which I expect a courser grind), the grind size changes for espresso every other day, ranging from 15 through to 21 (again, whilst using the same beans throughout). I now ignore the grind recommendations and stick to 19 (except when switching to "filter" modes). 2. The grinder can occasionally throw a wobbly - rather than delivering around 18 gm for a double-shot, it will suddenly grind a much larger amount (largest so far: 33 gm). This is far too much to tamp into the double shot basket, so I have taken to very carefully removing the excess (with the funnel still attached and storing it in an air-tight jar until I've saved 18-20 gm, which can then be spooned into the basket/funnel, tamped and used, bypassing the grinder for that cup. The latter points are not show-stoppers &don't ruin the overall taste of the coff or anything, so not enough of an issue to return the unit or give it a lower star rating. However, they do annoy when they happen. I attempted to contact Shark / Ninja about these issues in particular, and after waiting for a time, decided to use the offered "we'll call you back when an operator is free" service. Never had a call back.

Excellent bean to cup machine
A not unsubstantial cost machine, which I've had for a couple of weeks. I'm very pleased so far. It's very easy to use, speaking as an inexperienced espresso maker. The Ninja videos to set up, as well as the paper Quick Start Guide, are excellent. I watched the set-up video, accessed via a QR code on the machine, first then I used the paper guide to set it all up. I've used it at least once a day since I got it and did invest in some decent coffee beans ordered online, which it is highly likely I will continue ordering. A coffee made from freshly ground beans is definitely tastier than one from beans sold ground! This machine only uses beans, you cannot put ground coffee in the hopper. The milk frother is also outstanding with its different froth styles. I have had none of the problems others mention. I do think it's important to thoroughly clean it after use as the easily removable stirrer in the bottom of the jug could get gummed up with milk if not cleaned properly after every use.

Good machine
Ok so I had this coffee machine for more than two weeks and can honestly tell my opinion about it. Is it good? Yes, it's a good and sturdy device, Ninja did a good job with their first coffee machine and personally I am pleased with it like with other Ninja kitchen devices that I have. Will it be good for you? Well it depends and I will explain why. First of all it is not fully automatic and that means that you DO have to put a small effort in making good coffee, not just pressing a button like in an automatic one :) However comparing to my barista pump coffee machine it's much faster and simplier and the process is guided by the machine itself. I feel like it has the perfect balance between automation and manual control. I do not recommend cheap beans - as someone wrote, you put trash in you get trash out :) Then this "smart adapting grinding" - it is helpful with new beans but there is definitely a moment when it keeps changing the grind size every time you start preparing coffee with the same settings, so I do recommend to write down or remember the grind size that works well specifically with each type of beans and next time just ignore machine's reccomendation. Also, I am very pleased with the quality of filter coffee - size and strength selection are such great options. Cold brew comes out very good, too. But most of all I liked milk foaming - it works brilliantly with any kind of milk and gives smooth velvety result so you will get nice coffee shop quality drink. This device is generally worth the investment, the reason why I gave 4 and not 5 stars is that the smart grinding feature is a bit unreliable - but overall the idea behind it is brilliant, may be it will be improved in Ninja's future models. The drip tray size could be a bit larger, though it is not critical for ne as I do empty it after every few brews. Great job, Ninja, keep improving and satisfying us customers! :)
