How do i use this? i think my hanna orp meter was dry for too long.

If you haven't soaked it in the storage solution definitely do that. Fill the meters cap with the solution and place it in there. You always want to have the solution in the cap

Do the bottles have a lot number and expiration date imprinted?

Yes, they have an expiration date printed- and amazon ask for them before they are allowed to be sent into the fba program.

What ph does this solution keep a ph/ec/tds meter's electrodes? should one be able to use their meter, immediately from the storage solution?

The ph storage solution is right around a 4 ph. I always re-calibrate with 4.01 & 7.01 after removing from the storage solution.
