Good for small projects
Works powerfully and good for small projects. I have to get more wheels though.

Lacks power
Not much power, I have 3 other name brand grinders and all would run circles around this one, even my four amp one has more power. Three stars for it being a third less than the name brand ones but you're going to get a third of the power.

Love this grinder, the size is excellent, quality is good
I do love this grinder. I particularly love the size. I've owned other grinders and the bodies were big in diameter making my hands sore after a while. This has a more narrow body, which feels very comfortable. I was surprised by this and expected less based upon the price. The grinder is hefty, but not overly heavy. It feels like you're using a substantial tool, but I could see ease and comfort using it for long periods. It did get a little warm when I immediately put it to use sharpening my 3 blades on my 60" mower deck. That's to be expected though from a brushed motor. The switch is unique to me. Clicking it on takes slightly more pressure than expected, but it's not bad. The switch then stays in the running position. I like this feature. The switch is out of the way, but easily turns off without readjusting my hand. To turn it of, it just takes a slight pressure on the other end of the switch and it shuts off easily. There's a variable speed rotary switch on the end of the unit, out of the way and unlikely to be inadvertently bumped on, which is another nice feature. The rotation lock button is large enough to use with gloves on and feels solid. The injection molding for the body is nice and well formed. The head of the unit is solid cast aluminum, I believe and is nicely powder-coated. The unit comes with another set of brushes if needed and several flap wheels, cutoff wheels and grinding wheels. The grinding are slightly thin, but they work very well and I'm not complaining. My only critique, which isn't really bad is the shield is slightly thin. It works perfectly fine though, no problems at all. Any thicker would only add weight so thicker might not be better. I'm just used to the beefy one that was on my other grinder that finally failed on me. This one is fine. I recommend this grinder for probably home use mostly, though it could be used in light commercial work. It's priced well enough that you could purchase several and leave them set up with dedicated wheels so not to have to change them. This a great buy on a nice grinder.

Light duty / "Disposa-tool" Non-standard arbor, guard won't fit w/ flap disk, but works...
Lighter weight than some similar grinders which is nice, but overall it is a low cost grinder for a reason... I'd class this as a "Disposa-tool", suitable for projects that are mostly single use, where you don't need the tool to last much longer than the job.... I also would not expect it to survive very long if used on anything but light duty jobs.1. The spindle lock was marginal at best, I had a lot of trouble getting it to hold solidly enough to undo the spindle nut. It feels like the parts are tapered as it pushes the lock up and out of engagement if not really mashed down...2. The arbor threads are non-standard! This means that the standard (at least in the US) 3/4-20 screw on accessories such as wire brushes and some disks WILL NOT FIT!3. The guard will NOT fit with a flap wheel, If the guard is on you can't install the flap wheel. I didn't try with a grinding disk or cutoff wheel, but they looked like they MIGHT fit. Also the screw-adjust style guard is cheap, but a pain to adjust for position....4. I'm not sure the motor spec (from the label) matches the description. At least some of the photos appear to be of a very different tool - this is corded, there is a description of a cordLESS model , and a few other discrepancies like this.Bottom line - this tool is cheap for a reason... If you just need a low cost grinder for an occasional light job, it will serve. But if working professionally or on a heavy duty job, spend the extra for a higher quality tool.

Will do most jobs a homeowner might need a Grinder for.
Solid small grinder. Can be held in hand hand if need be, narrow body and the on/off switch is with in easy reach of the thumb. NOTE: One hand use is not recommended. This grinder has enough power for most any job found around the home and then some. It's well built, on/off switch moves firmly and clicks into the on position. Power cord is tough and flexible. The grinder comes with the disc guard, left/right mounted handle and 6 grinding discs. 2 cut off wheels, 2 grinding wheel and 2 flap disc sanders. This angle grinder strikes me a a small step up from the grinders found in a National chain store known for it economical tools. It is not a Makita or a Dewalt but I think it will handle most jobs short of scaling rust off a ships hull.

Cheap quality
The Angle Grinder Grinder Tool, Variable Speed Angle Grinder I ordered for my hubby. He says it works for small projects, but it doesn’t or won’t handle any real job.

Good grinder for the price
In line with pricing for other home-use angle grinders. Seems well-suited for same. Comes with several discs/flapwheels.My old HF grinder finally gave up the ghost so I grabbed this one. Seems on par as previous one that lasted me 10 or so years of infrequent use. There's nothing about this grinder that screams, "Gotta have this one!" but so far it seems it will fill the bill for the next 10 or so years.Like many similar tool, this grinder comes with an extra set of motor brushes, though I've never found myself needing them. Other components usually fail first. All in all, decent grinder and am glad to have it.

Strong motor and easy to grip
I put this to use in my shop right away. I have a rolling tonneau cover on my truck and the rails where a little long so it wouldnt let my tailgate close all the way. I grabbed this grinder and put it to work on the ends and it didnt hesitate. The power is there, it was easy to handle and to hold onto, it didnt heat up, its definitely going to be well used in my shop.I definitely recommend it.
