Great nettle leaves but I didn't like the bag texture, it didn't seem very "breathable "

picked these up to support my health from the inside out—mainly for the anti-inflammatory and detox benefits. I’d heard nettle could help with things like water retention, skin clarity, and general wellbeing, so I thought I’d give it a go. The bags come in a resealable pouch (always handy), and I was genuinely surprised by how strong the brew is. I’ve been having one cup a day and already feel less sluggish and puffy. Definitely a great addition if you’re trying to reset or just take better care of yourself.
