picked these up to support my health from the inside out—mainly for the anti-inflammatory and detox benefits. I’d heard nettle could help with things like water retention, skin clarity, and general wellbeing, so I thought I’d give it a go. The bags come in a resealable pouch (always handy), and I was genuinely surprised by how strong the brew is. Help for prostate.
If you are in a hurry then a teabag is the answer. Also if out and about, you can take a couple in a pocket for when required. Quite pleasant to drink and is thought to benefit a man's prostate over time.
