I have tried several competitors and this product wins on multiple counts. The caffeine is incredibly effective, quick acting and the stated mg of caffeine packs a punch much higher than expected. I switched down to the 25mg from 50mg, and my workouts were not impacted. Both flavors do a very good job of masking the bitterness of caffeine.

Well, it’s gum. It’s tough, hard to begin chewing, and loses its flavor more quickly than brand names, but it is gum and, after chewing a while, isn’t too bad. I personally have not noticed anything concerning my energy or focus as it claims, but I suppose it could have been granted in small doses. It’ll certainly get used up, as I chew gum regularly, so while 3 stars may suggest a bad review, it’s really not. It’s simply OK.

The speed labs gum has an invigorating flavor that helps wake you up! I like the flavor and it has a hard outer shell like some of the older gums. It was easy to chew and the flavor lasted for some time. I am not sure how much I could feel the caffeine, I only chew one at a time though. I will keep using it to help combat moments when I need a pick-me up. ⭐️ 1 star - I don't recommend it at all, poor quality, or it does not reflect the advertising. ⭐️⭐️ 2 stars - I don't recommend it, it has multiple faults, or is not priced where it should be for the product. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 stars - It's passable. It has some faults, but the quality is adequate for what it is. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 4 stars - Product quite acceptable; it does what it promises. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars - Product that I totally recommend.

I do not enjoy the taste, it’s rather medicinal covered by a cinnamon gum flavor and resulted in a scratchy sore throat. Discontinued using after that. I did feel like I got a decent kick of energy from it but the sore throat didn’t go away until next day.

The "big" burst of energy they suggest when chewing two pieces of gum is only equivalent to a single cup of coffee. Nothing mind blowing here. I'm not the biggest fan of cinnamon gum but figured I'd give these a shot since I sometimes deal with daytime drowsiness. The cinnamon does most of the work making you feel more "awake" despite just being placebo. If that works for you, more power to you. This is otherwise a perfectly fine cinnamon gum.

I'd say that this gum isn't just for the sake of gum chewing. Stick with regular gum if you want something to chew. This gum has a cinnamon minty flavor but it's not real strong. The cinnamon isn't hot at all. The sorbitol sweetener is the strongest flavor and it's almost overpowering. The texture is stuffy on the middle with a slight crunchy outer shell. It doesn't stick to tooth fillings. They are all individually sealed in their own blister pack, which is good thinking because it keeps them separated from accidently treating them like regular gum. I only got these for some of the long and late night driving that we do. I would get the mint ones over the cinnamon ones though.
