Great value, easy setup!
This booster is a great value and it does work very well! Build quality is good, setup only takes an hour or less, and the setup is so easy that you really don’t need any experience to successfully set the unit up. I live in a rural area and usually I am lucky if I get 1-2 bars. With the booster, my signal is 4 bars when in the same room as the indoor antenna. The only issue I had was in my specific application I needed a few feet of extra cable to make the indoor antenna reach my office. ( the cable it comes with is plenty long, my office just happens to be a bit too far away to make the connection without an extension. As a positive note, I reached out to the company and they are sending me the cable extension for free.) Now that is great customer service! Thank you for taking my house in the boondocks and giving me the signal of being in a big city.

It would be nice if their app for finding a tower or even if the company site was any help.

Cell Phone Signal Booster
To be honest I really wasn't expecting much improvement in the number of bars. Even outside I have only fair reception on my cell phone due to the massive amount of huge trees in my neighborhood and distance to towers.Sitting inside the addition where I spend most of the time with aluminum siding on three sides and the main house entirely stucco I have one bar at best and occasionally none. Needless to say calls are impossible unless I go upstairs and then only get slightly better signal. After a very quick and easy installation of this signal booster I instantly had a solid FIVE bars signal strength in the addition.I mounted the Yagi antenna on the TV antenna mast and fished the cable with a tiny connector through the same hole that my Starlink cable comes through.Plus #1: Plenty of cable left over after mounting the Yagi antenna.HUGE plus #2: Tiny connector design of the cable coming into the house meant no new hole needing drilled into the wall. Thank you to whoever thought ahead for that stroke of genius!Plus #3: Super easy installation of inside equipment.Plus #4: No effect on TV reception with Yagi antenna on same mast as my over the air TV antenna.Cons: Absolutely none.Recommendation: don't hesitate, buy this booster if you have crappy cell phone signal!

Probably works
I didn't realize how difficult it would be to run a cable form the outside to my router. Just not worth the effort as we are restricted as to where we can place it due to HOA rules

It works, but no customer support.
I live in the woods behind/below a hill , and am surrounded by trees. Most notable are the white pines, roughly 70-100+ feet tall, and range anywhere from 18-75 feet away from the house. My cell service was next to nothing unless I was lucky enough to get a momentary sweet spot somewhere out on the lawn, or back in the woods. Over half of the time if I was in the house my phone would register "Emergency calls only", or "searching for service". I would have one, or no bars at all, and would have to drive about 1/4 to 1/2 mile up the road to get any service whatsoever. Often just to have a conversation with my sister would mean having to redial and call her back up to 14 times or more because it would continually drop the call. She found this outfit for me, and I was reservably hopeful. It took awhile to get the thing hooked up. There were questions I wanted to ask, but could not get ahold of customer support. They gave a phone number which only supplied a message that the voice mail had not been set up, or it would just ring for a bit then hang up on me. They gave an email address. I sent a request, but to this day I have not recieved a response. So if you order this be prepared to be able to figure it out yourself, or have someone you know who understands this kind of stuff that can come over and help you out. The bright side is IT WORKS! As long as your in front of the inside antenna it works very well! If I go into the master bedroom behind the indoor antenna I will loose about two bars. But, right now typing this while sitting in the living room where I used to get no bars at all, or maybe one, I now get three or even four bars. I can look things up online while I'm talking on the phone which has never been possible here before, as well as my calls are no longer dropped. I can watch online movies or video clips and not have them freeze in the middle, or just go blank because I lost internet service. Despite the customer service I am very satisfied with this product. It has been an absolute game changer in making my life easier by finally giving me access to the net. If your in a dead zone, or a bad spot like I am, I would definitely recommend you give this a shot. I would have given this 5 stars if it weren't for the lack of support. Consider this a 4.5 star review. It really did work that well for me.

Arrived on time. Straight forward installation. Works well.
It does what it is supposed to do. It took our reception from 1 bar to 3.

It helps
I used the indoor antenna as an outdoor antenna on my patio and received a large boost in upload speed 0.02 to 0.86. I live in a studio apartment and I have a YAGI on a tripod on my porch. I am not able to install the antenna on my roof or follow the instructions to have the booster 10 feet lower than the antenna. My experience is limited, and I can say that it boosted my Verizon signal strength, but not my upload and download speeds. It seems valuable for the money. What I really want is a booster like a sprint magic box - which I used to have. Th
