My order arrived within one day. Packaging was great. The box was not too heavy for me to move using a dolly cart. All pieces were packed well with no damage. All parts and pieces were very well labeled. Instructions were fantastic. Assembly was quite simple. Took me a bit over an hour to get it together. Thank you for the gloves to use in assembly! The finish piece is well made, heavy, stable, and good looking! I would definitely recommend this cat tree!

Cannot be more satisfied! The wood supporting boards are very thick and well made. It is easy to put together with clear instruction manual and even a pair of gloves! My cat has already fallen in love with his new nook!

I’ve just got it and assembled. As usual, before buying it, i read one and two-star reviews. Since i built it, and tested shaking it for any unstablity, i can say it’s high quality and bolts are quite efficient. It comes with 3 different combination options, manual is quite straightforward, it’s like a giant lego! My cat cant stop playing with the toy coming with the kit. Strongly recommended.

I purchased this cat tree after shopping on a ton of different sites in search of a cat tree that wasn't hideous or hideously over-priced. This cat tree is sturdy, a color that fits easily into different room aesthetics, and can be reassembled in different ways. My new kitten is 4 months old and super skittish. The hammock/bowl and high perch on this cat tree make him feel secure. He loves it.

Our 3 cats were very happy when they saw their new cat tree. There's actually enough room for all three of them to take their afternoon nap.It's made of very solid wood, easy to assemble, and very high quality.Some people might find it big, but if so you can adjust the way you set it up.I would definitely recommend this item.
