Very sharp and vital knife
I’d forgotten how sharp these are when they are new - not the easiest to get hold of nowadays, but an awesome knife

Very sharp and stays that way
This is my second Kyocera paring knife - the first is still nearly as sharp as new after six years of daily use.

Very sharp, very useful
This is my first ceramic knife - light and very sharp. Cutting up tomatoes and other delicate fruit is no problem - quick clean cuts even on overripe fruit. Very pleased.

Great when new, but 2 out of 3 broke within 2 years
I love these knives when they are new, but they are expensive and within 2 years the blades have snapped on 2 out of the 3 of them. Very disappointing as they are so sharp and great at cutting.
