I noticed an improvement in skin and muscle tone.

Easy to swallow capsules with no taste. Hard to gauge effectiveness, but I didn't have any adverse affects while taking them. Metal container was something I hadn't seen before and liked as far as packaging goes.

These capsules are designed to help you combat stress, promote well being, provide anti-aging benefits and to support post-workout recovery. I started taking 2 capsules daily and feel like they are a great way to add a little extra boost to your regular routine. I feel more confident in handling stress and in tackling more challenging workouts after adding this to my regular routine. There are a total of 60 capsules in the bottle so this jar could last 1 -2 months depending on how many I take each day. The recommended dose is 2 capsules daily, preferably with a meal. I take 1 capsule a day in the afternoon with a snack or my lunch and have not experienced any stomach upset or any negative side effects. The capsules are easy to swallow and are odorless and tasteless. I love that they give me an energy boost to finish out the day strong and hope they are providing additional benefits, as well. The capsules come in a fancy metal bottle that protects the supplement well. I have been experiencing good benefits, but don't think I can justify the extra cost on a monthly basis. If these suit your budget, I would give them a try!

From what I've read in the press, I don't believe the health benefits

This brand seems to be legitimate and I like the packaging, the educative pamphlet, and the actual capsules are easy to take with no bad smell or taste. Unfortunately while taking this, I did not notice much difference in my energy or general condition. I will give this product that it contains many ingredients that deviate itself from average multivitamins/multi faceted supplements, but overall for me the benefit was not felt for the price.

This product is priced high for the little results noticed after 30 days of use. Clear expiration date, lots of product marketing and material. There was noticeable energy increase, but was similar to other multi-vitamins. Maybe continued use is necessary, but the price per bottle is limiting to continue use and determine long term effects in a cost effective way. At first I was skeptical about this product, because it's obvious there are a lot of ingredients with names you don't tend to see in other products. After going through all of these ingredients, I couldn't help but be impressed by the level of information, studies, and useful information about each of these ingredients. Also, I was pleased to find out how natural these ingredients are, but these ingredients are just hopeful ingredients. There's a lot of backing behind the ingredients selected in this product. There are no binders, because capsules are used. There is a small amount of ingredient residue inside the metalic container. It smells good and there are no chemical smells. After taking it for multiple days, I've observed no negative side effects. I have noticed some signs suggesting the support for brain health. Obviously, any kind of health products take some time to really know the results, but when I notice some effects within a few days, it's worth noting. I appreciate the third party testing. I suspect if they made any published results available, that would be reassuring as well, but it does appear there has been some scientific perspectives built into this product.

Easy to swallow and not much aftertaste. However for the very small deviations from a regular multivitamin it is overpriced.
