Perfect bread- effortlessly!
this machine makes perfect bread with almost no effort. It mixes/kneads the dough to the perfect consistency, then ferments it at the right temperature so i rises beautifully. It's easy enough for someone who's never made bread to have instant success but for seasoned bakers the best thing is its large capacity. It will easily make 4 standard loaves with 10-12 cups of flour + other ingredients. I LOVE this machine and wish I'd had it 70 years ago when I started making bread.

You need this to knead
This this is a life saver for me. I'm 76 with some problems with my hands. I can't knead dough like I used to. This thing is amazing!! It kneads better than I ever could. If you are looking for fast...maybe not so much. If you are looking for perfect dough..buy this.I read some complaints about this being difficult to clean. I could see that being true if you leave it sit forever before cleaning. I have not had to use anything more than dish soap and hot water. I use my own recipes without even a hiccup. It is EXACTLY what I needed to Knead.

Works great!
Bought this for my wife as she is delving into bread making but has arthritis in her hands making kneading very difficult for her. She absolutely loves this machine! Large capacity keeps things neat as it kneads the dough. Powerful motor works the stiffest doughs without overheating. Proofing the dough is easy and consistent with the built in warmer and timer. It has definitely found a permanent spot on our kitchen counter.

Had to Return
I wouldn’t recommend. Bought as a gift for an elderly family member who loves making bread but is unable to manually kneed dough anymore. This machine mixes fine but the “ferment” function doesn’t keep the large metal bowl warm enough to allow the bread to rise. I assisted after first failed attempt ensuring the yeast was fresh and the liquid was correct temperature to activate the yeast. Didn’t work, dough never rose. Sadly had to return.

limited dough mixing ability with uncontrolled ferment temp function
Purchased this unit to mix and then ferment and rise non-yeast recipes calling for 1:1 volume ratio bread flour to whole wheat flour for sourdough. The unit does fine for 1 loaf, but struggles when doubled. After an initial 15 minute mixing, I take the blade out of the tank and manually program the Ferment function for 120 minutes which allows me a countdown reminder to remove the dough every 30 minutes and perform a manual stretching of the dough on a flour dusted board and then simply once again returned back into the tank with the lid secured.For the final Bulk fermentation and rise of 8 to 12 hours, I apply and punch a square of parchment paper over the center tank stub and then place the dough back in and seal the lid tightly to allow the dough to rise.What I am greatly disappointed in, is that the ferment temp of the dough in the sealed tank will only ever reach a High of 76.F and NOT the claimed ferment range of 77 to 100 F.So, the product is limited in its ability to reach a controlled temp, as well as difficulty in handling recipes using ALL whole wheat or whole grain flours, and is unable to handle mixing the doubling or tripling of a single loaf bread recipe.If all you need to mix is a batch of dough for tortillas, tamales, or other flat breads, then it is fine. But, all those can be easily mixed with a danish whisk in a bowl.At the units 250 Watts of motor power, It is no where even equal to the dough handling ability of a Kitchen Aid stand mixer using a dough hook attachment!

great for pizza dough and pasta dough
before i was kneading dough by hand and my back really prevented my from getting my hands in the dough. This machine has been a life saver as it kneads for you without the constant body work required. I literally just pour all my ingredients in and voila. I could barely tell the difference between recipes done by hand compared to this machine. Overall will be doing more and its such a time saver too. the things is also pretty easy to clean and saves me from having to clean the counter. Saves cook time and clean time. I wonder if this is how professional pizza places makes it so quickly now. well worth the investment
