They taste good and consistency is fine. They stuck a bit at the bottom, but not bad or a deal breaker. The mixture of ingredients are all great for calm support and taking the edge off at night when your brain wont stop. I only take half recommended, but I'm very sensitive to anything new.

caused my IBS to flare up bad. Too many ingredients in my opinion
These GABA gummies taste fine but unfortunately in my opinion they contain FAR MORE ingredients than GABA. And all of those ingredients combined caused me a massive IBS flareup today, so I am not happy about that. I will not reorder. To say something nice about this: according to the label, it is made in the USA, GMP logo, non-GMO, and Halal. The company name and address are also printed on the label.

I ordered this in September 2024, and it arrived safety-sealed with an expiration date of August 18, 2025. I have taken the entire bottle without any noticeable side effects. I found the gummies to be calming and did not interfere with my sleep routine. They have a pleasant mild grape flavor like the grape-flavored cough syrups of my childhood. The manufacturer claims this product is gluten-free, non-GMO, made in a GMP facility, and halal. It is sweetened with a sugar alcohol, so take that into consideration. Following up on comments made by another reviewer, I found the leasing office for the building listed at the address, as well as the building itself on maps. The trademark is registered to a Chinese company which owns a number of other trademarks. As always, you should consult your doctor before taking any supplement.
