Vampire Hunter D Volume 9: The Rose Princess

This is the 9th book in the series and after Volumes 7 and 8, which were two parts and felt drawn out in my opinion, this book brings back all of the excitement of Vampire Hunter D. The feeling of a medieval time comes into play with a princess and her knights and a village under its rules but of course Vampire Hunter D provides a twist and by the end, you end up feeling conflicted about villains and heroes alike. The fight scenes and the pacing were much better in my opinion, throwing back to Volume 2. I highly encourage getting this book if you've been loving the Vampire Hunter D series!

Everything is amazing with this book series!

This book is great! I'm constantly fascinated by the new characters that the series introduces. If you love vampires and sword fights, this is a collection you can't miss.

My wife loves it. So I bought it. I don't want to describe about this book. But I recommend this.

Bought it as one of 7 books 2018 for an action focus and delivers - not in spades, for several missteps. I admired the creativity on display. The "ending" - Elena was short changed. I have books on Amazon so I get sour conclusions, but here was a bad ending for its sake. D bought her the medicine for God's sake. The author pulled the same stunt in Pale Fallen angel pt 2.

Nuovo episodio della serie Vampire Hunter D. Il romanzo presenta una buona evoluzione dello stile dell'autore che, vicino a scene d'azione veloci e sincopate, aggiunge una trama piacevole con degli interessanti spunti di riflessione (chi ha torto? chi ha il diritto di uccidere? vale la pena morire per un ideale ? ecc.). Per la lettura è necessaria una conoscenza media della lingua inglese. Consigliato.

Vampire Hunter D ist ein echter "Page-Turner". Echtes Crack in Papierform. Wenn man einmal angefangen hat, kann man - fast - nicht mehr aufhören. Nur leider gibt es nicht viel neues in den Romanen. Ab Roman Nr. 4 war das Thema grundsätzlich ausgereizt. Dennoch: Nicht schlecht!

Novel by itself is awesome, the problem was the description of the product it said product was in great shape and was not, cover has deep scratches and the packaging was awful too...
