Pain relief
I find these patches do relieve arthritic pain for several days

Disappointed
Bought for my husband who's knees are painfully bad. Did not do much good for him, which may have been due to the strips to hold it on that kept coming off.

I have to admit, it's working
I have had a sore tibia, just below my knee for a good couple of years now. If I kneel on it, it's really painful, if I do squats or lunges, it feels like dry bones grinding together. I've recently upped my exercise so I'm doing about 45 mins of brisk walking every day and it's been so sore and stiff in the evenings and had started to disturb my sleep - despite liberal application of ibuprofen gel. I've had this device on now for less than 24 hrs and it feels so much better. No pain at all, swelling reduced. I don't know how it's working, but it is. I'm ordering the 720hr one - I've had a bad back for a while too following a fall, so that's the next spot to try and sort out. P.S. Battery finally ran out after about 10 days. My leg seems to be 99% better now and I'm very happy with that.

After 3 hours, still waiting for the " magic" to happen..
Purchased this today. Have been wearing for morethan 3 hours.Applied as per directions given with product. So far all that seems to be happening is that lm lighting up like a Dialek at the back! I purchased this for back pain and Fibromyalgia as it states on advert it works well on Fibro and other muscle and joint pain. I should it to my son and asked him to check it the LED light was on and he said it was .But he burst into a fit of laughter and said. " One wee light, a cable and 2 sticky plasters are not going to replace your spinal surgery" and that l should have saved my pennies and bought myself a squidgy cinnamon bun and a mug of hot chocolate. That would have been more uplifting !" Lol. He may well have a point. But l will persevere. I purchased the 7 day trial so it hasnt bankrupted me.Will touch base and give my verdict as to whether its a miracle worker that will" Exterminate " my back pain. or just a light , a cable and 2 sticky plasters. Watch this space. ! I will rate it one star at the moment coz it looks like the ad .

It works!
I have severe arthritis in my right knee, and I'm about to have a total knee replacement. In the weeks leading up to surgery, my pain got considerably worse after a day out when I overdid the walking. It became so severe that I was unable to walk more than a few steps without excruciating pain. The only painkiller I can take at the moment is paracetamol, which was making almost no difference. I came across this and though I was extremely skeptical, I thought I'd give it a try. I've now had it on for 24 hours (only took it off when I showered), and I am amazed. The pain is not gone -- but the ActiPatch has definitely taken the edge off it to the point where I can walk around again. I will keep wearing it until my surgery next week -- and if my lower back pain ever flares up again, I know what I am going to turn to. I'm genuinely amazed by this little device. It is a bit awkward to position and hold in place (I'm using plasters -- the tape that came with it isn't so good) -- but I'm sure it will get easier. I don't understand the science behind this, but it works, and I recommend it.

Really not sure.
I am not sure about this device. The light is still on now, two weeks after my first use. I haven't worn it for the last week though as I couldn't actually notice and effect. I have a bad shoulder and was hoping this would provide some relief, especially at night. However I am unsure whether it actually made a difference. Part of me thinks I may have slept a little better but that could have just been coincidence. Also I ended up having a really bad skin reaction to the plasters the first night I wore it which made it look like I'd been burned exactly where the plaster had been sitting. Overall I am really not sure about this product. It may work for some but for me I am not sure. I wonder if it's more of a placebo effect of anything. ***** You are very welcome to ask any questions about my experience with this product. Its definitely worth trying this as I bought the 30 day one as soon as this one finished!
Before buying it I showed the advert to my osteopath and asked if the theory behind the device was good. He thought it was so I decided to give it a try. I have chronic pain so I initially bought it for that but I managed to hurt my knee (soft tissue damage) which was painful, swollen and very stiff. After a couple of weeks it was still the same but as soon as I started to use the device I could see and feel the improvement. I have not tried it on my chronic pain yet as the pain is in my chest and I am worried about putting an electrical current, however mild, near my heart. It does say its ok to use near a pacemaker which leads me to believe I can put it on my chest but I have not been able to get an answer from the company or online. The only negative is with the 7 day trial you cannot turn it off and on so once you activate it it remains on even if you are not using it.

Best pain relief I've ever used
Ok. I don't understand the science behind this and I ordered it purely on reviews of others and at a point where I was willing to try anything to allieviate the debilitating pain of Acromioclavicular arthritis. Even strong painkillers would only take the edge off whilst making me drowsy and difficult to carry out my daily activities. Sceptically, I applied the device, as per instructions and I had the best nights sleep I've had in months last night and hardly any pain today. I feel better in myself too. I shall definitely be buying the longer lasting version. If you have constant pain, you MUST try this device. The most you'll lose is £5 but if you gain half the improvement I have, it'll be the best fiver you've spent in a long time.

Bonne surprise
