Very nice chair! Simple to assemble alone, clear directions packaged well. It took about 40 minutes and I used my drill and included Alan wrench. The material is soft and cushioned. The massager is more of a vibration not so much a massager but it does feel good on my lower back. There is a bit of a recline to relax while sitting. I'm using with my adjustable desk to work from home.

Got this as a gift for my mom- might have to get one for myself now! Really comfy- though could use some lumbar support. The seat is firm, but cushioned. The "massage" is just a basic vibration, you can have 3 modes (pulse, constant, or variable) and can have it vibrate the seat, lumbar, and upper back all separately. The heating takes a minute to warm up, but it's not so long that it's a problem, and the heat is very pleasant and consistent. The microfiber is surprisingly soft, and the hydraulics for the up and down and the recline as very smooth. The seat was VERY easy to put together with very basic instructions.

I like the height of the back and the adjustable height of the seat. The color is advertised as "red" but it is more of a brown, which is fine. My last chair was vinyl and the arms were ripping. The microfiber fabric is very comfortable, particularly on the arms, but I don't know yet how well this chair will hold up. The vibration seems to work fine. I live in Florida, so probably won't use the heat. I had some minor problems in assembly. The wheels wouldn't stay on until I used a rubber mallet to tap them in. Getting the screws for the arms tightened was also a bit of a problem. Parts are well labeled and pretty simple assembly if instructions (only pictures) are followed.

I spend more hours a day in an office chair than I want. This chair has exceeded all if my expectations. Comfortable, soft, works so well, absolutely love it. Now able to relax, enjoy, and be toasty warm with ease! The price is amazing for the great quality.

This chair is a big disappointment. It doesn't raise to the level it says it will. The heat is OK. The massage is vibration & is very loud. The vibration was expected for the price, but it's like a double rock tumbler on a hollow surface LOUD. There's a hard spot in the seat that doesn't seem to have a reason for being there other than to hurt my butt or the back of my leg. Keep looking. I am. Except I'm stuck with a crappy chair. When I thought I was going to help my ergonomics, I ended up making it worse.

I was in need for a new desk chair. This chair is comfortable. It was easy to put together. As for the massaging aspect for it. It does work. The heat also works. I just wouldn't call it a massage. It just vibrates. I wish it had more of a kneading feeling. Overall it is a great chair. It is what it says it is "A vibrating massage chair"

Chair overall is great, solid features for the money. My particular unit will not recline. I’ve checked and double checked the instructions, and everything is in the correct position and orientation… but the recline feature will not work. Everything else is perfect though. Just sucks knowing it’s stuck in a complete upright position.

Great value! I love this chair. Comfortable to sit in for desk work or relaxing with my feet up. I'm 5'4" and find this chair to be an ergonomic fit! Massage features line up where they should and massage speeds help to unwind from the day.
