Perfect everyday boots
Was concerned about the fit after reading reviews, but measured as suggested and purchased my usual size 5. Even with my high arch they go on easily and they are super comfortable. These replaced an old comfortable pair and didn't even need any breaking in. Also love the hidden slight wedge in the heel.

Very different color from picture
These don't look brown like the photo. They are stark gray.

Go a size up!
Usually a size 9 and this boot was too small. I would've needed a 10 which they did not have. Had to return, very disappointed I really wanted these boots.

Tight in the ankles, so a little hard getting on and off.
