This is the best Creatine powder I have tried--by far The flavor is great, and they don't have the grittiness I find with other Creatine powders. I have found the Optimum Nutrition products to be consistently high quality. Buy with confidence.

I been using ON Micronized Creatine for a while now and it’s always been solid. I use to buy the Fruit Punch flavor all the time but can’t seem to find it anywhere lately. Grabbed this one instead and it’s still pretty good. Taste is smooth and way better than the raw unflavored creatine (if you can’t stomach that one, this is the way to go). Only thing tho, this one didn’t come with a scoop like my other ones did. Not sure if it’s just this flavor or what. All in all, still good quality as always from Optimum Nutrition. Mixes easy, does what it suppose to do. Just wish they bring back the Fruit Punch and include the scoop again. 💪

I'm almost through my first can and I can say I've had a really great experience. Creatine can give you a bit of a headache when you first start taking it, so just stick it out. Once it's in your system and you've acclimated to it the headaches go away. I trained for a month before I started taking it, and I can say I absolutely feel like my strength is increasing quicker. It's not a miracle drug and won't take you from a 225 bench to 315 in a week, but I've been able to make steady increases in weight and/or reps and my recovery seems to be quicker at 44 than it was at 34.

One of the best creatine supplements on the market. I was never a fan of plain creatine and find I needed a flavored beverage to drink it as chalky water wasn’t appealing to me. As a long time consumer of Optimum Nutrition protein powder I decided to try out their flavored creatine supplement. A great value product that can finally be mixed with water. Only complaint is I wish they included a small scooper as I used my own 5g scoop I had left over.

I really like this product but I have a hard time drinking it in water. It tastes SO bad with water I just do not enjoy it. However, I did start drinking it with milk and it tastes like strawberry milk haha! I know that sounds weird but I even had a friend try a sip and she agreed. It does clump at the bottom a little and it is irritating. It also sticks to the cup so easily and I mix it over and over so I can drink it in enough time before it settles again. For the cost I’d say it is somewhat worth it, I’m sure if you added this into a shake of some sort or whatever it would be tasty. I definitely saw a difference when taking this but I just don’t drink enough water to even take creatine which is something I should’ve known so that’s my fault. If you aren’t drinking enough water but still take creatine it will make you dehydrated FAST. It also makes you bloat if you aren’t drinking enough water but the bloat is not unbearable…everyone acts like it’s HORRIBLE but it’s not too bad. It is definitely bearable. It also doesn’t come with a scoop which made me kinda sad. All in all the product is okayish but I’d definitely consider an unflavored one next time I buy. But for the price I’d say it gets the job done.

Easy to mix creatine that doesn't bring jitters. The taste is a little sweet if not enough water is added. I do not find it to be too sugary. It washes well and does not stick.

It can be hard to dissolve at first, but this problem is fixed when you add more water. I'm not picky so I don't mind. The flavour is also nice, but it is sweet. Overall, I find it dissolves best with a larger volume of water (400mL atleast) but good!

So far so good it’s my first time using it and I saw quite a lot and huge difference in my body I recommend to anyone to try the product and if you want to be in your outmost best physical condition

Seems ok, I mix it with the portable whisk I got from Amazon and measure with the measuring spoons I got from Amazon too!
