I purchased this headset to replace a wired headset I have been using in my home office. This headset is great! It connects via a VOIP dongle with no problems and crystal-clear sound (both talk and listening). I spend anywhere from 3 - 5 hours a day in MS Teams meetings, and it is comfortable for those long meetings. The battery life has been exceptional. I charged it the day it arrived; I use this every workday, and 3-weeks later the charge is still good at 40%. The headset has voice prompts that tell you what the charge level is, when you connect/disconnect, and when you mute/unmute. I particularly like the mute feature where all you have to do is move the boom mic up for mute and down for unmute. It saves you from all the fumbling to find a mute button when your name is unexpectedly called in a meeting. Overall, I am very happy with this headset and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great headset at a great price.

My wife bought this headset and really like it, so I ordered one for myself. This is a really nice headset. Not only does it pair perfectly with my Mac and function seamlessly in Zoom, it also has really good noise cancellation. I work from home and we have dogs, so it's nice to not transmit the sounds of dogs barking at the Amazon delivery guy. (Zoom's personalized noise cancellation is helping here.) It's so comfortable that I can wear it all day even when I'm not on a call. A surprising fact is that it sounds pretty dang good for music, too. I mean, it's not a set of Sennheiser cans or anything, but it has actual bass and treble, and the sound is well-balanced. I can enjoy listening to Spotify on it without being constantly being distracted by lousy sound,. There are cheaper headsets; in fact, there are two varieties of this one; i bought the more expensive of the two, but I'm sure that they are about the same in all the ways that matter. But there are also more expensive ones. For the price, it's great. Makes me mad I spent so much time with the Logi one I used to use, which is bulkier, has poorer sound quality, and has half the battery life!

Updating my feedback… I’ve only had these for a couple of months and they stopped working. The microphone is no transmitting to the other side. Customer support is difficult. I sent proof of purchase and they are making me jump through hoops for warranty, saying I must submit an adobe pdf copy instead; it was also very hard to get ahold of support, the website and phone line kept going in a loop with no contact number for this product, I finally called in about something else to be able to have someone connect me to the correct person. Original thoughts; I love these. This is my second wireless headset after my first one stopped working (different brand). I searched endlessly and finally picked this one. It was affordable and offered noise cancel. The microphone also has noise cancel so it works well for me working from home and having noisy kids. One really cool feature I just discovered, if I’m listening to music then make a phone call , the music volume goes down and I can keep listening and the person on the other line won’t hear the music. Very cool. I am having trouble figuring out what the teams integration is, but I do love the headset.

Excellent headset. Was able to pick it up for a lot cheaper than some of the other name brands. Have been using it with the USB dongle and Microsoft Teams on a Windows computer. Works great. Would definitely recommend for that scenario. Love that the mic is muted just by moving the boom mic up or down. Mutes/Unmutes the mic and reflects that status in Teams as well.

One of my coworkers recommended this headset. I was extremely please the first month or two of having it since no issues were occurring. However after about 3 months I started getting complaints about background noise. My other coworkers have also received complaints about the sound quality. I would say the headset it not durable if you work in a busy call center.

Great design, easy to use, and comfortable. It works very well when the connection is stable. However, I had to return it because it dropped the connection a couple of times a day, even when using the USB receiver. I have multiple calls every day, so I really need a stable connection. If the connection were stable, I would definitely keep it. If you don’t mind the connection dropping once or twice every 15 to 20 meetings, this is a great headset. Also, it would be great if the USB light could be turned off.

It has a dedicated button for ms teams application. It can connect to 2 devices simultaneously. It doesn't need software to use. Software is used to customize the unit including time to go to sleep. When turned on it announces the battery charge status and connects to previously connected devices. It works with a supplied USB dongle or bluetooth. Both ways it works fine. USBD has status indicating light. If used via USBD when microphone is moved up it is muted, indicating mute on ms teams, indicated on USBD and announced with audio. If used via Bluetooth, it is muted, announced but not indicated on ms teams. Sound is excellent but volume is limited, but never feels inadequate. The best is the range. It works through 2 walls, yes you can go to the printer in the hallway or to the coffee machine while keeping a good connection.

Great quality and comfortable to wear the entire workday. Perfect sincronization with Teams, when using the USB dongle.

Great battery duration and very light headset.

Honestamente esperaba mas de lo que son... el alcance es de apenas 1 metro... tenia unos headset de Microsoft y esos tenian 15 metros de distancia! Estos fallan mucho, como si hubiera interferencia; aun usando el USB receptor que trae. Me siento timado...

Ein super Headset, der Akku hält sehr lange, es ist angenehm zu tragen und nicht zu schwer - bin sehr zufrieden ☺️ In der Arbeit haben ein Jabra Evolve, aber ich war schlichtweg zu geizig und hab mich für dieses Headset entschieden - eine sehr gute Wahl ☺️
