Excellent Sauce as good as any Indian Restaurant
I have found this Tikka Masala sauce to be as good as any I have ever had in any Indian restaurant. Really excellent. I would strongly suggest adding a small amount of heavy cream (to taste) to the sauce in the last few minutes of heating it. I also cook my chicken on the grill before putting it in the sauce and just allow the cooked chicken to simmer in the sauce for maybe 3 to 5 minutes with the cream to absorb the flavor. I don't like it as well when you cook the chicken from scratch in the sauce. I have spent over 30 years in the Restaurant, Gourmet Food, Wine and Sprits and Catering business.
