‘This camera is small good looking,awesome Video quality and 2 way audio quality.iam using the same another camera since one year with no issues.i ordered 2 cameras but I received only one.I complained to Amazon Cust care.they immediately responded and solved my issue with in 2 days by giving back one camera money to my Amazon wallet.thanq very much amazon

Very bad experience. Specification mentioned that it was a battery powered device due to which I bought this. But i find there no battery in the device. When I wanted an assistance from the manufacturer, there was no phone no or any other contact which was working. When I tried replacement it's mentioned that there is no further stock so they can't replace. Even amazon doesn't provide any other avenues for refund or replacement as in not even able to talk to their customer care as it is just going to the return replacement page. So in total a very bad experience and this is thought to be a retired brand. With no service available.
