Poor design for upper part of case
The upper part of the case fell off and got lost from day 1. Apparently there is no way to attach it to lower part.

For everyone who is not aware and is saying the top just pops off, there is a sticker inside the top piece that glues down to the top of your JBL case! After you do that the top will not pop off anymore!

The case does not fit the product. The top part is so loose it falls off. Carabiner is loose so doesn’t close properly

This silicone cover does a good job protecting my JBL Tune Buds 2 case and adds some extra grip. However, the top cover is a bit oversized and kept falling off, even with the included adhesive. I had to add a larger strip of double-sided tape to get it to stay in place. It also doesn’t have any kind of latch or lock, which I was hoping for to keep the case closed if it gets dropped or bumped around. Overall, it still works for basic protection, but there are a few design trade-offs to be aware of.

This case has worked out great for me, secure and non bulky. Just be sure you double check the adhesive on the lid and you'll be fine.
