Review Update
This is an update. I replaced a missing screw and the machine is working perfectly. Easy to setup using LaserGRBL. However, it is impossible to work with Amazon to resolve even minor issues. You get trapped in their question loop. Only recourse is to return the unit. No way to resolve minor issues or message the vendor.

Not a fan - upgraded just a little more and am very happy with the change.
Doesn't work at all for us. Returned.

Fast and easy
The media could not be loaded. It has a few bugs with lasergrbl program but for the most part it works amazing the program encountered an error halfway through the design on the photo and yet still finished the file with i found to be pretty impressive the ease of use and value for the money the photo of a burn i did was my second attempt ever on a program like this in all 30 yrs I've lived the burn in the photo is seriously accurate and it only took 45 mins to burn not bad for a 2.5mw
