Great headset worth the price
I have tried 6 to 7 different wireless headsets in the last several months. I finally found one that works great and noise. Cancellation is really good. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy a wireless headset.

comfortable and useful
I have used this for quite some time before reviewing. My first impression was that the headset didn't fit very snuggly. After using it for a while and on longer calls, I've realized that's probably by design so that it doesn't hurt your head from squeezing it.The sound quality is very good. I haven't gotten any complaints and I like the mute/unmute button function both on the headset and on the base. I don't have this connected to a landline phone of any kind but you can do that.I will say right at the beginning I hung up on a few calls adjusting the headset on my head because if you push on the center of the ear piece it hangs up.Overall it's a quality headset but to be honest, $290 seems pretty steep for what it is. Not saying it's not great quality but I'm not sure if I'd spend that amount on them.

Sound good / wireless good / comfort very bad
Man… I am not a fan. Using the 65 SE single ear and hurting my ear. The cushion is honestly terrible. I am not set on returning it yet.Signal wise I can go to the kitchen downstairs so across a floor and a wall also about 50 feet away in a hypothetical “straight line” and it’s perfect doesn’t cut off at all. So sound is really good. People can hear me really well too. I should point out I only use it for PC calls via zoom and SlackCost wise I have mixed opinions. I think for how much this costs in the 250+ mark earmuffs should be significantly more comfortable.

Amazing Headset, Best Bluetooth Performance Ever?
I don't know how Jabra makes such good Bluetooth modules inside their headsets while other manufacturers struggle. The Bluetooth performance of this headset is nothing short of incredible. This headset can connect to two devices at one time, seamlessly switching audio between them without the user needing to do anything. It just works. Most impressively, the BT connection will never drop, even after many hours of inactivity, such as overnight. If this headset is off and then turned on, it will reconnect to the last connected devices within about 1.5 seconds. No waiting around. If Jabra can do this, why are other Bluetooth devices so spotty with dropped connections, timeout, long wait times to reconnect, and only allowing one device at a time? I wish they all worked this well.Build quality of the headset is also impressive. It's lightweight, but somehow also sturdy and durable. Fits comfortably on the ears, without a lot of clamping pressure. Can be worn for long periods of time. The mic sounds good, but it does need to be fairly close to the mouth for soft talkers. The mic does a great job rejecting background noises, but it does pick up human voices in the background. If using for work in an environment with other people talking, the voices will be audible but not overwhelming. In a noisy environment like a factory, workshop, or outdoors, almost no background noises will be audible at all. Very impressive.Battery life is amazing. The product page mentions 13 hours of talk time, but idle battery life is much longer. I've left this idle for several days to test it, and the battery was still going.Everything about this headset is great. If I had to nitpick one gripe, it would be a lack of airflow on the ear pads. The velour material makes a fairly good seal on skin, it can get clammy if not removed to breathe periodically. This is not a big deal, as replacement pads with ventilation are available. I'll be picking some up.

Does not fit my needs
I work at a call center for a hospital, and it’s crucial that my equipment works flawlessly without interruptions. I’m upgrading from the Jabra Engage 50 Mark 2, a headset I absolutely love. The dongle connected to the Engage 50 gives me quick access to all the essential controls, and I have no complaints about it—except that it’s wired. Unfortunately, switching to the Engage 65 has been disappointing for several reasons.### **Cons**1. **Base Station Frustrations**: Docking and undocking the headset on the base station is frustrating because the USB-C port on the headset must align, could be magnetic self-alight like other headset base stations.2. **Mute Button Placement**: The mute button is located near the mic, so pressing it often causes a crackling or popping sound, which the caller can hear and mistake for being hung up. The button’s placement should be relocated.3. **Stiff Volume Buttons**: The volume buttons on the headset are very stiff and difficult to press to quickly turn up or down the volume.4. **Mute Feedback Issues**: When the mute button is pressed, the headset audibly announces "muted" and "unmuted." It’s unclear how to disable this in the Jabra software so that it is an audible tone instead.5. **No Software or Shortcut Mute**: The placement of the mute buttons (+ base station mute button) slows me down.6. **Base Station Button Design**: The buttons on the base station are slightly indented. Raised buttons would have been easier to press.7. **Power-On Delay**: The headset doesn’t automatically power on when removed from the base station. When you put on the headset, you have to press the center button on the left side to hear any audio. While this might be an on/off switch in settings, the transition to this headset was already challenging, so I didn’t invest time in exploring this further.8. **Call Connection Delay**: When a call comes in, there’s a one-second delay and a short tone before the caller can hear me. While minor, this delay is unacceptable for my needs.### **Pros**1. **Excellent Call Quality**: Audio quality is outstanding.2. **Lightweight and Comfortable**: The headset is comfortable for all-day wear.3. **User-Friendly Software**: Jabra’s software is intuitive, although it lacks some features I need for my workflow.4. **Strong Battery Life**: Battery life is reliable and long-lasting.### **Summary and Conclusion**The Jabra Engage 65 has some strong positives, including excellent call quality, all-day comfort, and reliable battery life. However, these strengths are overshadowed by several design and usability flaws that make it difficult to recommend for high-pressure environments like a hospital call center. The awkward placement of the mute button, the stiff volume controls, and the cumbersome docking process are especially problematic. The delay in call connection and lack of quick muting options further hinder its practicality. While I wanted to love the Engage 65, it ultimately falls short of expectations, especially compared to the seamless experience I had with the Engage 50 Mark 2. For these reasons, I gave this headset a **2 out of 5**. It may work for less demanding environments, but for my needs, it’s not the right fit.
