For a small pocket size flashlight, this is really bright on turbo mode. Has 5 settings from low to high and a strobe mode. Like the fact it comes with a rechargeable battery though it needs to be removed to do this. But it can also run on 2AA batteries so that helps. Something to be aware of is that unlike similar flashlights, the beam on this one is set and cannot be adjusted from wide to narrow. Also the light gets hot on the highest setting.

I originally purchased the tac aa from acebeam and then this was the next step. While I generally love the compact "tactical" style edc that fits right in your hand with the tac aa, the tac 2aa was a massive improvement. Some complain about the ui being too much to think about, and while these kind of products are typically advertised in the theme of being tactical, I think it goes without saying for the more commonly sensed etc tool community that a real tactical light would be optimized for simplicity and durability, hence reliability. Yet what this flashlight is and does is just fine and even fun for the more fidget happy, or anyone willing to practice with what they use, maybe that bit of mental exercise can be a plus. It's more of a flooder than a thrower, which, at uts brightness levels is just right for anything from searching a drawer at night in moonlight mode to lighting up a path just around you on high, while still having enough power to stun an oncoming threat should you need at turbo and strobe, although that last part should be delegated to more dedicated "tactical" throwers. The flashlight has two ui modes, one with the more well rounded full use, the other being the "tactical" one where the tail switch defaults to turbo first. I love the button led power/idle indicator. I only wish the knurling would cover a greater majority of the tube, but it has just enough to cigar hold or pinch it, and overall it's still a really textured flashlight with all of the grooves. Acebeam has sales here on Amazon quite frequently, so my recommendation would be to grab yourself a tac aa and a tac 2aa bundle if you should see them both on sale, these two flashlights will give the average person everything they need.

Really great light. Feels very premium and switches are crisp. Very bright and responsive. The rechargeable battery inside is a plus and the waterproofing works! Acebeam is just a great company

I purchased this light to have in my shirt pocket at work. So far it has worked well. The only negative is that it is a little bulky, but it is a durable construction and should last awhile. The two brightness settings are perfect. The brighter setting can sometimes reflect too much light, but change to the dimmer setting and you can continue your inspection. The battery life is good, not great. It is rechargeable, though you have to remove the battery to do so. I haven't used the rubber tips that come with the light too much, but I like the idea. It turns the unit into a lamp. Overall, it is a nice flashlight and well constructed. I mentioned it is bulky, but fits in my pocket or clips to my hat just fine.

Awesome for the price. Throws light a good long way. I have purchased 4 of them now. They make great gifts. The low and high toggle is useful for when you don't need full power and want to conserve battery. The rechargeable battery lasts me a week with typical use as I use it everyday on the job. It saves me money on batteries. I have dropped them on concrete and they keep working.

Great flashlight. It’s about the size of a permanent marker. Fits great in the palm of my hand and is of a solid build. Lighting is adjustable for low, medium, Hi, and turbo mode. Tactical switch is great and carry ability is easy with the clip which is to the end of the light unlike other lights I’ve seen. Battery is rechargeable. Also it comes with two emergency silicone cone adapters which is awesome! Great value for the Money!!

In a world where the majority of flashlights have multiple modes. It is hard for a simple person to get a simple flashlight. This ACEBEAM TAC2AA flashlight is great. It has multiple modes, but you don’t have to click through them to turn it on or off. You can set your desired light brightness and every time you turn on it will be at that brightness level and you can turn it off with one click. And if you set the flashlight at a low brightness, you can easily change to the brightest setting just by holding the second button down by the light end of the flashlight and then click it on, and vice versa to switch back… For a double A battery flashlight it is bright, but it doesn’t get really warm, when using at the higher setting. I have found the Z-clip very useful considering I wear hats often. The strange streamlined rechargeable AA battery seems to have a pretty long life. I have charged it once a month ago when I got it and it still lights up every day and I use it several times a day. It’s portable, nice design, I can definitely recommend this flashlight. Especially if you have a problem with all the modes on those single button flashlights. I think I may be falling in love with this one, I think she’s a keeper. The only problem I would say is the heat on the higher setting.

This is the most awesome, tiniest, powerful flashlight that I’ve ever seen. It’s light weight. You can carry it with ease. And you can change the amount of light you use. It’s a flashlight that serves a multitude of purposes. It’s indispensable. Everyone needs the ACEBEAM TAC 2AA flashlight.

I bought this flashlight over the winter. I dropped it in a snowbank and lost it until spring. When I found it, I turned it on and it worked with no issue and is still going strong. If that isn't a testament to the durability, I don't know what is.

I really like this ACEBEAM tactical torch. My first impression was that it feels solid and really well made, and expect it will stand up a lot of use. It comes nicely boxed with a battery, wrist lanyard, small USB-C charging cable, two diffusors (white and orange), and instructions. Turning the torch on (having unscrewed the end and removed the isolation plastic on first use) activates a powerful fixed beam light. This gives plenty of light coverage and a good amount of focus. The torch feels very comfortable to hold in one hand, and the thumb-click button on the end feels responsive and robust. I also like that there's a smaller side button you can press to turn off the torch, or press and hold to cycle though various power levels. Pressing the side button multiple times also activates a strobe light effect, which when paired with a diffusor could be invaluable for safety at the roadside. I also like that the torch comes with a removable rechargeable battery that is charged with a USB-C cable. This can be swapped out for two AA disposable batteries in a pinch. My only slight complaint is that the end of the torch does get quite warm (helpfully indicated with a "hot" label at the end!), so just something to keep in mind after lots of use. Overall, I'm very impressed and this will be a travelling with me in my car for emergency situations and camping trips.

Très bonne luminosité, fine et matériaux de qualité. J'ai testé plein de lampes et celle ci est dans le lot des lampes que je trouve bien fabriquées. On a une fonction atypique un bouton de contact à l'extrémité et un bouton poussoir proche de la lampe pour activer /désactiver ou changer de mode. Sympa les capuchons orange et blancs fournis pour diffuser la lumière, ça crée un petit lampion, bel effet lumineux. batterie amovible également atypique, c'est une lithium rechargeable qui a le format de deux piles aa en longueur, un port usb c au bout pour la recharge. Il manque juste une jauge de batterie, Led verte ok, rouge il faut recharger. C'est déjà ça ! en tous cas je l'apprécie et vous recommande cette lampe.
