I've read recently 1 gram per pound of bodyweight is ideal so I tried it. I was a little apprehensive but my sleep is actually much improved.

I almost never believe in these types of products. But as life does, I found myself in need of some help. This product is amazing. It works as good if not better than medical prescriptions. If you have problems sleeping get this. Only take this when you are ready to sleep. Because you will sleep. This is a great product!

Used in higher doses than most. Look up Pub Med studies for specific reasons. Difficult to find in high doses without other added ingredients.

I finally got my order last night around 8:30pm with high expectations of sleeping soundly throughout the night. This is a very high dose of Melatonin which kinda scared me. All night I was restless. I could feel the sheet and my nightgown underneath me, I couldn’t get comfortable, I heard every little sound even though I kept my eyes closed, my senses were on high alert, I was very restless all night. I’m almost scared to attempt sleeping another night depending on this medication. I will give it another try after having a good night’s sleep in between.

When I first started using this, I could only buy from Scientific Health using my doctor’s code. He advised me to use it for several health issues. I am using it for 2 reasons. 1. It is known to be part of Dr Schallenberger’s protocol for breast health (research to learn why) and 2. I am EMF/RFR sensitive and use this for emergency situations when I know I will be in high frequency/radiation for an extended period. For instance, I used it on vacation when we could not turn off wifi router. I took 4 pills a day as doctor advised (breakfast/lunch/dinner/bedtime). I still was only able to sleep 1-2 hours at a time during the night, but without it - I cannot sleep at all! So thankful to have it for all of my other symptoms, as well! A true life saver.
