What size is it, how much will it hold?

Twisted feeder- How easy is this to clean please?

I don't have this feeder but have 3 other feeders made by this manufacturer. All 3 have a wire clip at the base of the feeder which is easy to remove and the inside of the feeder can then be cleaned with a bottle brush. The 3 seed feeder appears not to have this clip to remove the base. I suggest you buy the feeders with the wire clip to ensure easy cleaning/disinfecting.

Are the edges of holes sharp on the fat ball feeder?

I would say not considering the holes are punched in metal. You would need to run your fingers around the hole quite hard to inflict any damage on your skin. But why the question? The fat balls are fed from the top so your fingers won't come in contact with the holes. The holes are big enough for birds to access (peck) the fatballs without touching the sides.
