No real instructions. Nuts and bolts loose in box. What a mess. It’s sad because these pans look great. I just received them worked an hour on them. I’ll keep you posted on if I figure it out.Okay! Figured it out! Their website nor the @ mail doesn’t work. I googled to see if anyone had put these together on a video. Nope. So I did it after an hour of searching what went where.I’m going to help you, if you’re a senior adult, you can do this. The handles are placed with the large bolt use provided wrench to tighten, easy. Next the lid. 1. Place the plastic/rubber cylinder fat side on inside of lid. 2. Then get the handle and place the screw on top of handle (do one at a time). 3. On inside of lid place the metal washer on. 4. Screw by hand the little bolt. 5. With the wrench hold the bottom little bolt still while you screw on the top screw with the provided Philips screwdriver.Wash with mild soapy water. Then cure on top of range with some light oil rubbed on the bottom.I made over easy eggs to go on top of my stew and they just slid off the pan. Good luck!

Pans are solid and work well. One handle did not fit the small pan, but the problem was corrected by the seller. Happy with this purchase.

This is the best frying pan I’ve ever used and I’ve tried a lot of non-stick, cast iron, and carbon steel pans. None of them work as well as this pan. It heats up very fast, makes great sear on meats, cleans up easily, and you can use metal utensils on this pan. The price is not high for three different size pans, I will only be using this pan from now on.

Well I been using these pans since their arrival and can say that they are the only pans I now have. They are well built with very nice lids . upon arrival I could hear things rolling around the box. I quickly thought Oh no there is a broken glass cover but gladly this was not to be . All of the nuts that are used to fix the cover handles to the lid were rolling around the outside box . After counting they were all there and yes they have to be put together , the lids I mean . The coating is very nice and seems well made . I enjoy using these pans because they are ceramic and not the teflon ones that I previously had. happy so far

These pans are not non-stick at all. I think anything that comes within a 2 foot radius will somehow stick to these pans
