Amazing Customer Service
The keyboard was perfect for the first month and a half. Then the light up keys stopped working. That was the main reason I purchased the keyboard. Buyer beware it's great until it's not Update to my review. 27SEP2024 . To my surprise, the customer service team reached out to me proactively. They acknowledged the issue, offered sincere apologies, and without hesitation, sent me a new item to try. Their communication and willingness to go the extra mile were some of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. They ensured that I felt valued and heard, turning a disappointing situation into a positive one. Although the initial product didn’t meet my expectations, the following keyboard is working well. The exceptional customer service has left a lasting impression, and I’ll definitely consider this company again in the future.

Cool and convenient
I am a daytrader. As such I have 3 monitors, a laptop, and 3 phones that I use regularly. The built in slots on this keyboard hold all 3 phones perfectly. It is notched wide enough for devices both with or without protective cases. The assorted lights have different brightness & colors of the spectrum, however I typically only use the "aqua blue" one. The biggest and only drawback is the short duration of time that it remains illuminated, even when plugged with the supplied USB-C cable. However it does remain lit while in usage then goes into a "standby" mode until a key is pressed. The charge lasts for quite a few days even when being frequently used for gaming, typing, etc. Ergonomics are great and feedback is responsive with keystrokes. Would highly recommend.

Nice Full Sized Backlit Keyboard
I went to clean my old Logi keyboard and ended up accidentally breaking the power switch in the process. Not completely unusable but didn't have time to deal with it so I ordered one of these for same day delivery. Overall first impression is quite positive. The packaging is minimal and simple but effective. Out of box experience was great. I plugged in the USB receiver, turned the keyboard on, and started typing. Every key and button functions properly with no configuration needed on Windows 11. Functionally it's excellent. Setting the lights and turning them off and on is super simple with one, one-hand keystroke. The keys are soft and quiet but have a nice snap feel to them that lets you know it's registering. I have long fingers and have to have my hands in a slight angle, and this was instantly comfortable and the palm rest feels exactly correct for me. The backlights are nice. I don't need them most of the time, but there are times when I like to have them on, like when flight simming at night. There are brightness controls and some preset colors. I set mine to match the color I set on my PC case. It's lightweight but not in a cheap-feeling way. It still feels nice and solid despite being thinner and lighter weight plastic. Time will tell on the battery life per charge, but I don't mind charging it overnight when needed. Seems like a great keyboard and I like it so far. Hopefully I don't experience the paint rubbing off like others have. That would be a bummer because this is actually pretty nice. UPDATE: After only a month of use, the black had already started to wear off the keys. How disappointing. I was able to get a replacement directly from the manufacturer since it had only been such a short time. I'm hoping it doesn't happen again because I really like this keyboard and would like it to last a long time. With regard to the first one, it actually was holding up very nicely aside from the paint on the keys. The battery life is actually pretty good as I had forgotten to charge it for two weeks and it was still going just fine, lights and all.

Product does not charge.
The product came fully charged (I presume). The first time it died I tried to charge it and it would indicate by the green light coming on that it was charging. However, after more than 10 attempts to charge it multiple times with multiple cord and charging sources (PC, Blocks, In Wall Outlets with USB connections), it clearly will not charge. The light will stay on for a minute perhaps to indicate charging and then turn off and cease charging. I would not buy this product if I were you. It is nice when it works because it is technologically advanced and versatile, however, much like Apollo 13, it will leave you stranded on the moon despite it being the most advanced technology to date. If you have the $50 to spend on it--or even $30 or so at the now discounted price--you would better spend it heating your house for 2 minutes this winter by burning the money. If you are using digital assets, you could invest it the most worthless security your broker can suggest to you and achieve the same result as you would in buying this device: throwing your money away. I must add that there is a critical difference in the situation of Apollo 13 and this my experience with this keyboard: Apollo 13 crew members were able to get help in solving the problem and, ultimately, they made it back to earth. With this product and this company you will get none of that. They are happy to have your money in their account and leave you out to dry (or out in space as is the metaphor) while they plan its employ in the next fundamentally flawed product they create. In closing, if you are interested in a sophisticated piece of technology that does not work because the creators did not ensure that the most fundamental aspect of it, the battery, would work, this might be for you. Also, if you are interested in dead silence over the "airways" (still on the Apollo 13 metaphor) when you reach out for help, this may also be the company for you. You may also be interested in lakeshore property on the moon (call me on--on the DL, I have 2 plots left).

Love it....
EDIT: So i plugged it in to charge, even tho it was still typing just fine, and eventually the backlights came back on. So im guessing as the battery power decreases the keyboard deactivates the backlight to preserve power. So just keep it fully charged and the lights should work just fine! I love this keyboard! But now i can barely see the keys. My desk is in a corner and with these gloomy days we have been having here in Michigan theres not a lot of natural light in my office(and i hate turning the ceiling fan light on). The backlights on the keyboard stopped working so now i cant see the keys as well. Pretty disappointed in that, as that was a big feature for me when i bought this. UGH.....if your looking for a good backlit keyboard id probably keep looking. Going off of other questions/reviews that i just saw, this seems to be common after a couple months. Which is about how long i have it now. Can't return, cant spend the money on a new keyboard either now.

Good quality, had to charge about once a week since I used the lights at full brightness.

You get what you pay for
It’s a functional keyboard, which is more than I can say for the old membrane keyboard I bought this one to replace. Overall, I guess I can’t really complain too much about it. It does what they claim it does. The keyboard is backlit, and you can easily cycle between 7 different colors. I only wish the light didn’t “time out” so quickly. I find it tends to turn itself off after just a few seconds without contact. I do find the keys to be a bit loud and “clicky.” Perhaps the most maddening thing of all, however, is the fact that I type somewhat quickly (but not crazy) and this thing can’t keep up with me. The material used to construct the keys feel cheap, and less flexible than some alternatives. Often, when typing quickly, the keyboard will just fail to notice a random key having been hit every few words or so. Ths means a lt of thigs I wrte end up lking lke this, and I have to constantly go back and fix little typos. It feels almost like a laggy computer, where there’s a delay between pressing a key and seeing the character appear on the screen. The issue is clearly specific to this keyboard, as I never have this problem using any other devices. This one just feels a bit cheap, and the buttons are just a tad more stiff, making it a little bit more of a pain to press them “right” when typing quickly. It’s not a terrible keyboard by any means. It certainly types and about 50% of the time it lights up pretty decently too (it just times out and goes dark after a few seconds, generally.) Overall, in my humble opinion, this is a case of “you get what you pay for”

At first blush it seems like a good buy. Then I used it...
For its price it initially seems adequate. It doesn't have the most robust feel, but it's not horrible. It's easy to set up and use. It does only work with ITS dongle, having some hard-coded connection, and that's mildly annoying, but not enough I'd ding it. But this is a heinously cheap keyboard and it works like one. First off, the keyboard is dead until it finds its dedicated dongle. Won't turn on, won't do anything but a quick keyboard light flash. It seems like it's defective, but once the dongle is plugged in it suddenly pops to life and is fully operational. Fully is a bit of a misnomer. I've been typing on computer keyboards for 45 years, and i'll take a lot of little things from one, like backslash being in the wrong place, or slight variations in inter-key distance, because sadly "standard" doesn't mean "same". I'm not even that picky about key feel; I have a preference but I don't demand more travel or not "plasticy". I do however demand it WORK. This one is not reliable. it routinely misses keys, the "i" in particular, because the keys are sensative to where they are pressed. The "i" key for instance is completely ignored if I press it anywhere in the upper left *quarter* of the key. The "e" key is also missed with some frequency, as well as space. In addition, a number of keys bounce, producing double or triple letters with one press, though that's considerably less frequent than the missed letters. That makes this keyboard difficult and annoying to type on, so much so that just doing this review on it makes me want to hurl it against the wall to have the satisfaction of seeing its destruction. For a touch typist it is absolutely tragic. The backlight is also counter-intuitive. It stays on a decent time after I stop typing, but it won't come back on until I TYPE something, which is annoying. I have the *lighted* keys because the ambient light level is too low to see them. Why then would I have to press one to get it to illuminate? If this were the only thing wrong I could accept that for the low cost, but it's like rubbing salt in, on top of it erratic typing. The backlight is also too bright, even on the lowest level. Again, the backlight is because the ambient light level is low. I don't need or want nuclear brightness and can't fathom why that's even a setting. The changable colors however do help mitigate this because I may select a color that's not so garish at its too-bright "low" setting. The keys have a very cheap feel to them with little travel, and they're quite noisy. Again that doesn't bother me, but since I am reviewing this atrocity I probably should point that out in case missing keystrokes isn't enough to ensure someone looks elsewhere for a keyboard. I have no idea about any other functionality this claims to have because i haven't used them. If it won't type, who cares? It is better than no keyboard, but I'm not sure it's better than an plug-in keyboard. I'd get one of them before this thing.

Keyboard quality.
Could do with having a time-out adjustment. Other that, it feels high quality.

Cursor does not stay put
The keyboard is nice. It's a good size and the keys are good (meaning minimal sound). I have been using for a week and the backlight on the keyboard no longer works. There is also an issue with the text cursor (the caret) jumps all over the page. Trying to edit text is impossible. I start to type and it will delete an entire paragraph. Try to amend a word and it jumps up two paragraphs. Not happy. Am going to return it.
