Great looking vintage style case for my Leica
Loved the leather look and feel. Has a good grip. Fit is perfect and the overall quality very good. Loved how the camera looks with this case as it gives a vintage vibe.

Beautiful case at great price
Beautiful case. Fits camera really well and is really high quality. Tough to tell the difference in quality between this case and my Luigi cases which cost 4-5x more. I ordered mine in the standard brown color which is actually a much darker and richer looking color than what is pictured. Definitely worth the money and a great look for the D-Lux 8.

Good Fit and Leather Feels like It Should
Excellent price for a leather half case with a nice pronounced grip. Bottom Compartment Cover flips away to allow battery change without any problems. A very sturdy grip is built into the leather which makes handling a compact camera more secure. Highly Recommend for Leica D-Lux 8

It fits perfectly and can be screwed on the bottom of the camera. Love the color!

Nice tight case. Good value.
Nicely made and fits like a tight glove on the D-Lux 8. With that said, I've only had it a few hours. It does look like it would offer some decent drop protection and it does provide some needed grip for those of us with big hands and sausage fingers. For the money, a good buy. Took a little bit to get, but worth it.

Lose That Concern About A Good Fit
It helps immensely with the "big hands" situation with a small camera. The case fit like it had been built around the exact camera, the screw aligned perfectly (a problem with other cheaper cases) and I can access everything needed without removing the case. As far as being a value for the money, you'd certainly have less heartburn about scuffing a piece of leather than digging a furrow in an aluminum/magnesium camera body. It's very attractive, but its ultimate purpose is to protect the camera from unnecessary wear and tear. It's a terrific success at that.

Nicht ganz billige, aber hochwertige Schutzhülle für die kleine Leica. Passgenaue Verarbeitung ermöglicht Nutzung aller Öffnungen und Verstellmöglichkeiten der Kamera ohne Einschränkung. Ich würde diese Hülle jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Pleased with this old fashioned case. Looks to be good quality leather offering pretty decent protection and enhancing the camera’s appearance. A cover for the lens and top place would be nice, but not available here.
