Excellent value for money
I’ve always bought HP printers as I’ve found them to be efficient, well made, reliable and good value. This model is a bit larger than my previous model, however it doesn’t disappoint in terms or quality. Easy to set up and use.

Would recommend for home use
This printer , scanner and copier is nice and compact in size, purchased it to replace my brother psc as the scanning function stopped working on it. Installation was more difficult than on other occasions when I have bought a printer. After installing I tried to scan a document but got a message saying you need to download the scanning software. This had to be done after the original installation . I found this a bit strange. Print , copy and scan quality is good . Has a nice slim paper tray that slides very easily, a blue light that shows that you are connected to WiFi ( if it flashes it means you are not ) and a very neat multifunctional display that is easy to use. Has the on and off switch on the back of the printer, light indicator at front showing it is on. Overall would recommend the printer as it is good value for money.

Overall good printer
Not so easy to set up as they say conflicting information but they have good customer service. Once I was able to delete the app I can work from my device. The ink jet subscription works well

Take your time to set up and you'll have no problems!
Read other reviews and after reading that the only possible drawback was the initial setup I took the plunge! Printer slightly bigger than expected but it has a paper tray underneath to keep paper organised and tidy so that accounts for it. Setup is, yes a little bit longer than it used to be, but you need to follow the instructions carefully to make sure you don't miss any steps. Mine didn't align the print properly during setup bit was able to go back later and complete it. It gives options of whether to sign up for ink delivery every month, stating getting first 3 months free - although sceptical I realised that in the long run it's better to have ink delivered rather than scout around for replacements. I signed up for the £4.49 a month ink, printing 50 pages. My daughter will need for school so thought this is adequate. Make sure you choose HP+ on the app to allow this else you won't get it. On signing up I ended up with 6 months free ink instead of 3 so don't pay anything yet! All in all looks good, prints well and I'm happy. Just remember this is WiFi enabled so anyone in your household can print whenever! There does seem to be an ethernet cable slot at back so possibly can link directly to router if needed. Instruction leaflet quite vague but it's because you have to download the HP app to phone to setup. Easy and simple to follow. Power cable not particularly long though but ok. Satisfied 👍😁

New drivers for your laptop cost an extra £70
I purchased an HP printer because I had had 9 years of using an HP printer with an account for instant ink. The printer set up without any difficulty but in the instant ink account I could not delete the old printer to change it to the new printer. Twice I had an agent try to change it but had to give up after about an hour each time. We were resetting it and they had no idea how to change it over. Not changing it meant that my account was showing I was paying for pages to this printer but that was at the tip. I wanted to keep the pages I had not printed as they added up to a lot. HP only sends out more cartridges when your printer informs your account that the ink is running low and then they send another cartridge out. The last time I rang to try again to resolve the issue. I was asked again for my name and account details. Then my telephone number. Within minutes I had a call from a man who said would it be okay to take over my laptop so he could try to fix the issue. I was then informed that my laptop needed new drivers and the cost would be £70. I declined the offer. My old printer was okay with this laptop. I wonder, has HP now deleted the required drivers in their new models. What a cheek to remove drives from new models and then try to charge you to update your laptop. Like it's your fault for owning an older model ( 3 years old). I have now ordered cartridges and will purchase as needed but I very well might have bought another brand if it hadn't been that I wanted to stay with the instant ink facility.

Hp printer review
We needed a new printer and brought the HP , It is very nice and not too big , it is a good addition to my home office . However the ink seems to run out very quickly !

This is 10/10 excellent and the best of it's kind
Well worth the difference between the cheaper hp model and this one. This is a much sturdier printer, it looks nicer and is a lot easier to use with the touch screen too. The print speed and WiFi connection is brilliant and this is for home use. Very impressed

no power button
The installation process is very LONG, there is a PIN number on the rear which is required for each device installed. it constantly asks to join an advanced payment for printer cartridges. extra charges for each function. the device does not power of no power button in included, it does do to sleep after 1 hr but does not wake up. IF you unplug the printer at the wall socket it works each time

The printer arrived very well packaged and protected. The setup was very easy this time (the opposite of what it was with my previous HP printer/scanner: a HP Deskjet 3630). I needed a Wi-Fi connection to download the drivers. Alternatively, you can connect the printer directly to your laptop or computer with a cable (not included). The only wire provided is for the electricity supply. The printer comes with both black and colour cartridges. The scanner light is blinking when I open the lid. This does not affect the result of the scanning (which is of good quality even at 300 dpi. I give 4* because I need to reinstall the printer EVERY TIME I want to use it, following a previous disconnection of my computer.
