Great tasting hydtation!
Pleasant taste, very effective at keeping you hydrated during intensive workouts/profusr sweating. No more muscle cramps, weakness, or headaches associated with dehydration. Easy to use- just mix with ice cold water.

I love these, but they do taste a little bit like splenda to me. My fave is the grape flavored :)

Helps keep me hydrated
Great flavor! Liquid I.V. really helps me with hydration. Especially during the winter when I tend not to drink as much as I should. I sometimes split the packet into 2 bottles of water as the flavoring can be intense.

I'm addicted to this stuff! It's so good! I feel good when I drink it. I love the flavor too. I think others do as well because it is hard to find.

Great Flavor and Very Effective, but Expensive with a Lot of Packaging Waste
The flavor is amazing — easily one of the best-tasting electrolyte mixes I’ve tried. I work as a CNA, and these are honestly essential during long, exhausting shifts. My only complaints are the price and the waste. The single-use packets add up quickly, and I really wish Liquid I.V. offered a bulk powder option like Gatorade does. That would make this a perfect product. Still great overall, just wish it was more affordable and sustainable.

Great taste compared to most the other flavors
Was concerned it was going to taste like most of the other Liquid IV flavors, but have to say. Not bad at all

I recommend this very good for the flu season boosts your immune system really and helps build and maintain immune system plus keeps you hydrated
